Just don’t try to raise them yourself. They’re disgusting and they STINK. They don’t care where they poop and they don’t watch where they step, which means eventually they sleep in and eat their own droppings.
But they ARE really f#$%ing cute!
Never raised ducks, but I did date a young lady who’s sisters raised a pair of ducks, and one summer when they were away at camp I volunteered to help my GF to clean the pen.
NASTY! Yeah duck shit is BIG and smelly! I half expected the standard fried-egg type turd made by most avians, but instead they dropped big old stinky duck cigars EVERYWHERE!
