They Don’t Call them the Big Five For Nothing

I have mixed feelings about this story. On one hand, if you have a professional guide you can give them a good deal of trust. Still on the other hand this is one of the animals on the “Big Five” for dangerous game animals, and I wouldn’t take that lightly at all!


Hopefully they will fully recover…

    More proof that modern western culture humans have moved too far away from nature. What part of “this is stupid and we qualify for Darwin Awards” did they miss?

    That was really stupid. It sounds like they were encouraged by someone who should know better, too. Is wild animal with giant horn- is not safe. If you ever make it to Yellowstone park, observe people trying to pet elk- happens quite a bit. People have lived in a sterile domestic environment so
    long they assume all animals are pets. Every year, it seems, one pays with their life. Glad this girl did not.
