Just saw this, and I’m buying one of the 3-packs for my next flight!
The Bill of Rights – Security Edition Card is The First Ten Amendments to the Constitution of the United States of America, printed on each side of a sturdy, playing-card-sized, piece of metal. The cards have been redesigned with slightly rounded corners to make a card easier to carry in a wallet or pocket. The next time you travel, it’s possible that the person confiscating your mouthwash may not be familiar with the Bill of Rights.
The controversial Fourth Amendment, which makes much of law enforcement so difficult, is highlighted in red.
Go to the TSA checkpoint and dump all your prohibited items in the various bins, then you can refuse the scanner, or take the scanner (your choice) and let the device pick up the metal card. When the alarm rings simply pull the card from the pocket and say “Oh I’m sorry, here TAKE MY RIGHTS” and hand them the card, then repeat the process and show you are clear to fly, and they are indeed violating your rights.
LOVE IT!

Penn and Teller sell these in the gift shop outside of their show in Vegas. They tell you to put it in your pocket, and when the TSA wants you to be searched for the metal that set off the detector, hand it to them and say, “Here, take my Constitutional Rights.”
That’s where I heard about it, on Penn’s weekly podcast.
You’re proceeding from the generous assumption that TSA scum can read.
