As you know, I’m a Mosin Nagant collector, and I LOVE clip-fed guns.
There is a lot of talk on rimlock on the 7.62x54R, and I’ve always loaded my clips so the rims stack properly. Still recently a lot of people have been calling bullshit on Mosin Rimlock.
I’ve never experimented much, as most of my Mosins simply don’t accept the CLIP well enough to do fast reloads. (The clip starts to get swallowed up under the follower, and then everything jams up)
