LOL If all 26 states rule it unconstitutional, still means nothing! Two states have ruled it constitutional.
Kinda like Jim Crow laws? If two states make it legal to hang a black man for holding hands with a white woman, or force them to use separate bathrooms or lunch counters. Or if two states make it illegal for a woman to terminate a pregnancy. Or if two state ban the practice of Islam….

Wait, so just because two states are ok with turning American citizens into slaves, the rest of the states’ opinions on the matter are meaningless?
How the hell does that make sense?
I mean, granted, this is not exactly a matter of breaking out the rulers – something either is Constitutional, or it is not – but one would think that a majority of states indicating that something was not would count for more than a marked minority indicating it was. But, hey, what do I know? I am just a “right winger” lunatic, right?
Making sense is not part of their decision tree…
