    C&R rocks.

    BATFE sucks.

    In one of the supposedly most-backwater states in the union, I can execute my address change in all of five minutes, online.

    It is taking my five weeks to get my C&R address fixed, mostly because they sent me the wrong form. I love what my tax dollars pay for.
