Video Roundup

A bunch of good videos that went up last night:

First nice to see that there are species that are still being discovered that aren’t microbes found in the deepest ocean trenches or at the bottom of deep caves:

A Libertarian look at the domestic phone tapping scandal:

And Lastly a gunnie look at the new AR Pistol arm brace, and why it isn’t an NFA item.

Can we just get rid of the NFA already?

Your Loss, My Gain

Sorry for the lack of blogging. I had a weekend.

A real-deal weekened. Family, and quality time, and friends, and video games and MANHATTANS!

Had one at a local restaurant, and found it to be most interesting. Lord Vector and I were spening some man-time, and he expressed curiocity so I made up a batch of my own (vastly superior to the Bar’s attempt, if I may say so).

Had another today using moonshine as the whiskey, and that was by far the best.

So lots of chores, lots of good times, and no blogging. Hope y’all don’t mind!

“Gun Death” Porn Retribution

I’m very pro-porn, but I admit there are lines….

A former basketball star was allegedly stabbed to death in his sleep by his wife after she caught him looking at child pornography, it has been claimed.

Maria Rey Garcia-Pellon used two knives to murder Matthew White in the early hours of Monday morning at their suburban home in Media, Pennsylvania.

The teacher reportedly stabbed her husband – who played for the University of Pennsylvania and led the Penn Quakers to the Final Four in 1979’s NCAA Tournament – several times in the throat.

Her reaction was a bit severe, but I do understand the visceral reaction. Still, not a gun, not a gun-death!

“Gun Death” Brutal Parents

Man

A deaf Texas couple have been charged in the beating death of their 5-month-old daughter who was allegedly killed after an argument about who would care for the crying infant.

The rest of the article seems to be attempting to explain the unexplainable. There is no reason, this is horrible.

But no gun…are we still talking about “Gun Death”?

“Gun Death” Starbucks

The antis are after Starbucks for following state law when it comes to guns. I think guns is the LEAST of their concerns!

A California woman faces attempted murder charges after police say she tried to sneak orange juice bottles spiked with a lethal amount of rubbing alcohol inside a Starbucks.

San Jose Police arrested Ramineh Behbehanian, 50, late Monday. A customer reported seeing the woman take two bottles of orange juice from her bag and place them in an open-air refrigerated display case at a Starbucks in San Jose around 3:45 p.m., Sgt. Jason Dwyer said Tuesday.

When the customer told a store manager what he saw, Behbehanian fled. A store employee followed Behbehanian to the parking lot and jotted down her license plate number as she drove off. Other employees called 911 after noticing the bottles had a toxic smell, Dwyer said.

Firefighters on the scene tested the contents and determined that the bottles contained a “lethal quantity” of isopropyl rubbing alcohol mixed with the juice, Dwyer said.

Thankfully they caught it in time! I suspect if an adult got a tainted bottle they might notice, but what if it was a child? Obviously we should ban guns!
