“Gun Death” Wild Sex

We obviously need licenses and background checks to have sex!

Two brothers are accused of abandoning the corpse of a woman in a creek after she died during sex earlier this month when she was injected by Valium and choked with a red collar.

Lance Gross, 52, and his brother Marlin, 49, were charged after the body of Peggie Perez, 48, was found in Cass County, Kansas.

Court records say Lance Gross told police he injected the woman with Valium during sex earlier this month, passed out and found her dead when he woke up.

Odd, I thought Valium was a controlled substance and people needed a medical reason to get a prescription. Its almost like bad people don’t follow the laws….

NEVER FIRE A WARNING SHOT!

A gun is an implement of deadly force. Firing a gun is exercising deadly force. A warning shot is both dangerous, and can lend a LOT of doubt to the validity of your concern for your safety. Also it requires you to either take your eyes off the threat, or fire blindly. This can get you arrested.

A New Hampshire man who fired his handgun into the ground to scare an alleged burglar he caught crawling out of a neighbor’s window is now facing a felony charge — and the same potential prison sentence as the man he stopped…Fleming said he yelled “Freeze!” before firing his gun into the ground, then held Hebert at gunpoint until police arrived.

“I didn’t think I could handle this guy physically, so I fired into the ground,” Fleming told FoxNews.com. “He stopped. He knew I was serious. I was angry … and I was worried that this guy was going to come after me.”

No one was injured in the incident, but when the police arrived, they made two arrests. Hebert was charged with two counts of burglary and drug possession. He faces up to seven years in prison if convicted. Fleming, meanwhile, is scheduled to be arraigned March 20 on a charge of reckless conduct, which could potentially land him a sentence similar to the one Hebert faces.

“I didn’t know it was illegal [to fire into the ground], but I had to make that guy realize I was serious,” Fleming said. “I’ve got a clean record. I really don’t want to be convicted.”

It would be a shame if he was to do prison time for this as his intentions were obviously good. That being said If the guy didn’t stop when verbally commanded, but he felt the need to shoot the ground rather than the goon, this doesn’t sound like an “Immediate Threat of Life and Limb”.

Don’t pull a gun unless you fear for your safety, don’t fire your gun unless you’re prepared to kill your target to safe your or another innocent life.

Ironic

I got this article from Joan Peterson.

CLEVELAND, Ohio — More than 30 years after Ohio created comprehensive domestic violence laws, spotty enforcement of protection orders still leaves victims vulnerable….It’s common to hear from victims that they were shooed away by officers who tell them to go back to court or call their attorney after an order was violated, said Dan Clark, a former police chief who trains police in Cuyahoga County and across the country.

“They tell victims there is nothing they can do about it,” he said. But that’s not true. Clark said many of the officers are either uninformed or misinformed.

Wow, so women are seeking protection orders to protect them from violent domestic partners, and the papers are essentially worthless.

And I got this article from a woman who wants to keep these women defenseless!

Good work, Joan!

A Bizzare Behavior

Miguel puts up a great post showing Ladd Everett quoting George Washington out of context.

Seems that old Gorgeous George would be yet another “Insurrectionist” “Guilty of Treason”.

Ladd likes malign people who note that an armed citizenry can fight back, and repel tyranny, but yet he’s quoting a British subject who rose up and commanded an army of British Subject to fight back a Tyrannical King. Ummm….

The most interesting thing is that he’s quoting a person he has nothing but contempt from. This also the same guy who constantly misquotes the Federalist papers.

You also see things like “Secular Humanists” quoting the bible out of context. What are they going for? I mean they hold utter contempt for the source, so if the source “Supports” them what do they gain?

I mean I could pour over sources I have contempt for and cherry pick out things they got right, where am I? I might have a smug “Gotcha Moment” (tho if I did some serious cherry-picking, I’m risking an embarrassing exposition), but what’s the value of a scoundrel, liar, or overall unreliable source that agrees with me?

Of course these are the people who also praise the Heller and McDonald case for “Taking Gun Bans” off the table…but still seek to ban guns, and argue that somehow the 2nd Amendment is the ONLY one that DOESN’T apply to the individual, and somehow a “Collective Right” exists.

I quote people I have open contempt for, because it shows how contemptuous they are.

“Gun Death” Karate Kid

We obviously need age restrictions and background checks before we administer Martial Arts Training!

A 15-year-old boy charged with murdering both of his adoptive parents had been arguing with his mother about getting suspended at school when he strangled her, a court heard.

Moses Kamin, 15, was charged as an adult when he appeared in Alameda County Superior Court yesterday but did not enter a plea deal to charges that he killed Robert Kamin, 55, and Susan Poff, 50.

After police found the bodies of his parents stashed under a blanket inside the family car, the teenager – who has a black belt in karate – confessed that he strangled his mother with his hands and then some type of ligature during the argument.
When Mr Kamin came home later that evening, the teen came up behind him and strangled him as well, according to Deputy District Attorney Teresa Drenick.

I wonder if Jason Kilgore has had a background check, and his Kung-Fu Permit?

Its only Common Sense!

Their Reality and Reality

Joan Peterson when told about the growing number of women owning and carrying guns:

They are a small group.

Reality:

(Link if Video doesn’t play)

And growing. That’s a bitter pill to swallow, especially for a woman a woman who demands other women be defenseless against their better judgement.

Lazy Day

Not much blogging. Got the day off, and my truck is in the shop getting a ton of shit done that happens when you have an older vehicle.

Last Night Christina came over for dinner. While her massages feel damn good, its not really my speed, but the Mrs. is hooked heavy as lead.

That being said over the last few months I’ve been regularly lifting weights to get in better shape. Still thinking I’m a 25 year old young buck who doesn’t need to waste his precious time stretching before and after he lifts weights, I pulled a muscle in my shoulder. Not bad, as I kept lifting…and lifting, and lifting until it became REALLY painful.

Lesson learned, so I started stretching daily and it got better, but was still an issue.

Well Christina worked her crazy voodoo devil magic on me. She was banging on me with fists and elbows and it hurt like hell….and today I feel like she was using me as a heavy-bag. That being said I’m as lose and limber as I’ve ever been!

WOW!

So yeah if you need some Voodoo and you’re in Massachusetts, let Christina know!

“Gun Death” Cricket Bat

Anti-Freedom people talk about America’s high “Gun Death” rates…but they never talk about our low “Cricket Bat Death” rates.

A cricket umpire killed a teenage spectator in Bangladesh by hitting him on the head with a bat in a dispute over a contested decision, police said Sunday.

I know the UK has added regulations for people carrying around Cricket Bats…for all the good such behavior does.
