Some cities get stupid over outside signs.

He may not have had a choice if he was operating from his home office.

If you haven’t enlarge the photo! The signs are the most professional part of the operations. The house is falling apart, and the bay window with all the signs have random crap setting there.

I got no problem with people running a business out of their home, there are several that I frequent. But if you’re going to be running a business out of your home, at least keep your home in a reasonable level of repair.

A friend of mine was looking to buy a used car, and when he looked at it the interior was TRASHED! His father was with him when he was looking at it, and his Dad took one look at the car and told him to pass. My buddy mentioned that he was probably going to upgrade the interior of the car anyway, so trashed seats just meant a better price for parts he was going to scrap. His Dad said “If he takes such bad care of the interior of his car, how much time do you think he spends maintaining the mechanical parts.

Now I NEVER wash my car (but I would NEVER let my interior get as HORRIBLE as this, the seats were just dirty rags set on the metal frames at this point) but I take meticulous care of all the other bits, still I can’t see a fault in that observation.

If this guy is letting his house fall apart, how much effort is he going to spend on your tax return? Maybe he’s the best CPA on the planet, but I wouldn’t chance it!
