If I wanted fast interaction with people who were either complete strangers or people I knew in High School who I didn’t like talking to when I was in High School, then I would get a facebook account. Blogging at least sanitizes it so I interact with people who I marginally care about.
Coming from someone who has never called in to the Internet Radio Show but who listens to the podcast regularly.
Plus I have enough creepy anti-gun lobbyists trying to besmirch and stalk me, the last thing I want is an easy-to-follow web leading to all my friends and family for them to play with.
Yes we have no privacy in the electronic age, but the least I can do it make the bastards work for my private information.
