Just tried these two recipes! First Breakfast
So good! But my peppers didn’t really get done following the directions. I upped the cook times to 15 mins at 450 degrees for both the bare peppers and the whole entree, and got much better results. I might even cook the peppers alone a bit more next time.
Still awesome little breakfast idea, super tasty, and you get some veggies first thing in the morning. Also I used both green and red bell peppers, and both are awesome.
Next was what we just had for dinner:
Perfect, full stop! The only thing I did different was I used a cup of whole milk rather than heavy cream, and that worked fine!
