Sounds like an unarmed murder
Hocutt, 37, was found hurt but conscious after officers responded to a report of an injured man on the sidewalk in the area of 14th and Main streets at about 3 a.m. Oct. 9. Hocutt died a week later at Ohio Valley Medical Center, Wheeling.
My heart goes out to his family, and I hope justice is served. Why do people fixate on tools while overlooking the violent people who live among us? This is why I do these “Gun Death?” posts.
