Had a few people ask me how the wife was doing last night, and I realized that a lot of you people might also be interested. First up Yesterday was her first full day at the office post surgery, and everything went VERY well. Headaches are now just occasional hindrances that can be treated with over-the-counter medications, the double vision is still here, but clearing up, and the best part is no seizures of any kind.
Also The Mrs. is still the same lady that went into that operating room almost 2 months ago, and having brain tissue removed hasn’t caused any cognitive difference that I can notice. If anything I think he memory is a bit sharper. (It was mentioned that without the disruption of the unhealthy tissue, some cognitive functions might be improved post surgery).
We’re living in a world of miracles.
Offering up a prayer of thanksgiving for how well it has gone and her recovery. Continued prayers for even better health.
Glad to hear the news, it’s nice to get some positive reinforcement every now and than. Especially considering this health care/insurance system that is so bad we need to drastically re-write it and make it better — or NOT.
