When running the autoclave at work I thought it might be a smart move to cut the power to the steam unit as soon as the sterilization cycle is done. That way the cages I’m cooking will come out cooler.
Well that part was certainly correct, the cages came out much cooler. What also came out was about 4 gallons of water from the machine that I needed to shop-vac up off the floor.
Nothing Ventured, nothing earned. I guess that shortcut sucks!
