They say you are what you eat…well I’m Weer’d

That, my friends is a hamburger topped with a poached egg, topped with steak sauce, jalapenos and cheese, with a side of Kettle Buffalo Blue chips, and a bowl of pomegranate seeds. I also had a cup of tea and an apple.

That should hold me until lunch!

    Want want want. That is EVERYTHING I can’t have.
    No cholesterol, red meat, salt or fat. And I’m lactose intolerant all on my own. I hate getting old.

      Ok I kid, you have my condolences.

      My Great Grandfather who slipped this mortal coil at age 86 always said “Getting old ain’t for sissies!”

      I would add “Beats the shit out of the alternative….”

    Egg on a burger… I’ve never thought of that (and I think of a lot of stuff). Currently my favorite breakfast as been hashbrowns with 4 dippy eggs (sunny side up) over the top with the yolk broke and soaking in with a 2 oz slice of fried ham… NOM NOM.

    I’ll try the egg and burger tomorrow for dinner. Tonight I had two burgers, swiss cheese in the middle and on top with 5 homemade pickles on top of that and a salad…. no bread. Love it.
