How do y’all like the RSS sidebar? Its a little bit of work getting new feeds into it and making sure they run properly, and it seems to slow page loading just a hair, but overall I really like it. This blog is looking just how I want it thanks to all the wordpress widgets and the custom header from reader Bluesun

I ended up taking my RSS sidebar down because of the speed decrease. I had a lot of them. I still have the passive blogroll up of course.
Pretty sure yours is already in there, but I’ll check tonight when I get a moment.

Do you not get how RSS works? When you post something new you get on top. When somebody else posts something new you go to 2nd. 15th Down and you’re out until your next post.
Seems like the fairest thing to me. Plus the dynamic nature seems to draw more clicks.

I enjoy it. I have found a couple new blogs through it that I might not have found otherwise. Oh, and I get several more hits that I might not otherwise have received as well. So for me, it’s a win win. Thanks for the work! Perhaps some day I shall need to come up with a way to do the same.
