Also I was noting that Mozzarella cheese is made from the milk of a cow, or that of a buffalo. So why not start a dairy farm to make mozzarella where you milk Beefalo? It would be perfect, would it not?
Also we could up the anti on Veal! Try this out for size, rather than keep the cow calf in a dark box and feed it milk, keep a beefalo calf in an Iron Maiden, feed it Budweiser, and make it watch Jersey Shore. Dunno if it’ll make the meat taste better, but it’ll get the PETA freaks in easy shooting range…just sayin’

The Buffalo milk in mozzarela is asian water buffalo. How they ended up Italy is up for grabs.

Interesting. Well given that the Italians learned that whole pasta thing from the Chinese thanks to Marko Polo, wouldn’t surprise me if he brought some buffalo over.
Still my idea for Beefalo Mozzarella remains a great idea!
Bacon cheeseburger, with the burger made from veal and venison. Have the tomato flown in from South America. Smother it in a smoky sauce made of bourbon and high fructose corn syrup.
