Failure or Sucess

I wonder about this story.

A Taurus XL rocket that blasted off from Vandenberg Air Force Base early today experienced a failure that doomed a NASA satellite’s mission to study global climate change.

I wonder, with all the science pointing that “Global Climate Change” at least how the .gov envisions it is fabricated bullshit. Given that NASA is 100% dependent of the tit of the .gov to fund its piggishly expensive projects, is a failed rocket designed to kill the golden goose a “Failure”?

Now they’ll get money to build another one…that might meet a horrible accident with space debris inside the first year of study….

Everyone I know predicted this satellite would not launch, just like the last one 2 years ago. They all felt it was due to Big Green somehow not wanting the world to know the truth. I don’t trust the greens anymore, I used to be one.

Hmmm… looking at Wikipedia, the Taurus XL has a 66% success rate out of 9 launches. According to this website, the total worldwide rocket success rate was 91% from 1957 till 1999, out of 4378 launches.
