District Attorney Ron Moore said Wednesday he would seek the death penalty for a Candler man charged with murder in the beating death of a 4-year-old boy
Pretty sick stuff. Now this post was given to me by NC Local Sean, he has a very compelling project called Felons Behaving Badly His point is that many of the extremely violent crime in the country is committed by people who have already committed multiple violent felonies, and their escalation of crimes is more a symptom of the system failing to keep these criminals in prison, than things like gun laws. This jerk was not a felon but he was known to the cops.
Moore informed Young at Wednesday’s hearing he intended to seek the death penalty.
Sadly most states simply don’t use their death penalty. I will say this is the type of monster that should never walk the streets again…and frankly if we’re going that far, I’d rather not feed him either.
