Canada has a lot of strong gun-control laws.
Peel region police have charged a suspect in the stabbing death of teen at a shopping mall parking lot in Brampton, Ont….Police believe the stabbing happened during a fight between two groups. Arrests were made on scene, but Peel police could not confirm that the youth being charged was part of those arrests.
“a fight between two groups” especially when the groups are composed of teenagers with weapons is often called “Gang Violence”, Gangs in the US are the #2 cause of “Gun Death” in the United States after the #1 of Suicide. Thankfully because of Canada’s gun control laws this is not a “Gun Death”. I’m sure everybody feels much better because of that.
Ah, but those Gun laws MAY change soon. They just had a Parliamentary Election a couple of days ago, and it looks like the Conservatives easily won more seats than all the rest of the other Parties COMBINED. So no coalitions need to be formed, all the minority parties can do is bitch and moan. Be nice if they start to dismantle their Nanny State, and allow the Canadian People to reclaim their God-Given RKBA that was stolen from them.
