“Gun Death” again. Would somebody with a twitter account drop the “Gun Death?” files on this cold-blooded bastard?
Also there’s where their side shines on twitter. “Gun Violence Can Be Solved” and then a link to a graph. What does that mean? Do they want us more like the UK or Brazil, or Russia? Lots of violent crime and homicide, but low “Gun Death”. Oh and I thought they weren’t about banning guns. Seems all the nations linked have one thing in common….
I’m pretty sure that’s why they like twitter so much. No room for silly foibles like factual support or evidence, just pithy quips in 140 characters or less.
That’s why I despise twitter. Heck, I can’t tell someone the time of day in less than 140 characters. My thoughts run deeper than what can be summed up in a short sentence.
Twitter may have its place in the realm of modern communication, but discussions about complex societal issues are not it.
Been doing a bunch of short posts during down-time at work today, and even these “Short” ones are bigger than what twitter allows.
If its small enough to fit into twitter, it isn’t worth saying IMHO.

What’s worth shooting once, is worth shooting twice doesn’t just work for defensive gun uses!
That being said I haven’t seen much traffic from those vicinities. Given that the link in Tiny URL something tells me they are ingrained to put the blinders up and not even TRY to let facts get in the way of an evil agenda!
Actually they can’t even claim low gun death for Brazil. Gunpolicy says they have seven times the gun deaths we do. Russia wasn’t on the list of options. Funny, isn’t it?
Nor Mexico. Again just like they pick-and-choose what nations are “Developed” or not.
“Of the Developed world that has less ‘Gun Death’ than the United States the United States has the highest ‘Gun Death’!”
This is what passes for logic with them!
