Wow! I’m like 90% done, but I needed to come in for a break before I could finish. Today has gone from snow to sleet to now freezing rain. The snow it totally frozen now and the work is cold, miserable, and back-breaking.
I long to sit in my Adarondak chairs on a warm summer evening. FYI said chairs are buried under over 2 feet of snow and ice.
Well at least since these storms come about twice a week, I’ve been able to skip my evening workouts!
SITREP FROM ICE STATION LEPAGE:
Temps in the teens, light and fluffy and deep. 4″ last night, 8″ so far today. The back deck is under four feet of snow.
The only good thing about it – with all the snow, I have been putting plenty of hours on the tractor. Burning all that gas, putting the exhaust into the air… MMMMM greenhouse gases! Fight the power!
Tokyo… 54 and sunshine… 🙂 Hang in there, the weather WILL change!
