Nighthawk Custom with AAC supressor.
I love 1911s, and I love suppressed firearms. This (or something like this) is definitely one of my “Bucket List Guns”.
Of course my fucking luck, supressors are illegal in Mass.
Maybe someday not only will they be legal, but off the NFA list that they have no point being on in the first place.

Thanks for the kind words. You should definitely move to friendly territory. 😉
We are working on reform measures to reduce the NFA hassle.
Thanks for your hard work, and of course making lovely guns and accessories.
That being said, I moved to Massachusetts from Maine for many good reasons…none of them our horrible gun laws.
Also if you guys ever need boots on the ground behind enemy lines, let me know, and I’ll do what I can.
Here in New York they also “know” that suppressors are only used by assassins (because Hollywood said so). That, and the fact the rod and gun club they built their house next to is too loud?
Happens all the time here too. Gun club has been around for 100 years or more, and urban sprawl sneaks in, and all the yuppies bitch about the gun club their real-estate agent was REQUIRED BY LAW to tell them about.
I would never suppress a gun to please dicks like that. I would because its fun, its more pleasant to shoot, and because I’m not gonna be wearing ear protection if somebody breaks into my house!
Two things,
First, HB111 Restaurant and Park carry, now with added State Park Carry! (even valid in Cary!).
Second, so little snow that the neighbors look at you funny if you shovel it rather than wait til it melts off.
I have no practical use for that pistol, it’s front-heavy, and the sights are -way- too high for “normal” use, i.e., carry without a suppressor …. and yet, I want one. At least New Mexico doesn’t think putting a mufffler on a firearm somehow turns me into the Hitman or something.
Putting a can on one or more of my AR’s is one of my “long-term projects.” One on a carbine, “of course,” but for some reason, the idea of a 24″ bull-barreled “target” AR, with a can attached to the end, tickles my “neato” receptors. Accurate, AND quiet… watch out gophers!
Eh, have a gun set up for carry, and one for suppressor work. There are times when a gun that shoots subsonic ammo and has a can on its bow is VERY practical. New Shooters, quite range time, home defense…
My TiRant just went Pending for use on my HK USP Tactical.
I’ll send a pic of the entire set-up once I get it if you want.
you’d best! Also I still haven’t seen pix of your custom colt!
