An interesting chapter in Boston crime and politics comes to an end. What’s most interesting in how it ended.
After all these years, how do the feds finally catch Whitey?
By running an ad on “The View.” Or “Rachael Ray.” Or some other silly daytime women’s TV show. Whitey, the president-for-life of the He Man Woman Haters’ Club, brought down by the likes of Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg.
Of course while Whitey was dealing drugs, running rackets, and brutally murdering people, his Brother was a ranking official in Massachusetts Politics with NO knowledge of his Brother’s nefarious doings *wink wink*.
Like so many major US cities that have ties between their governing bodies and the local mob, Boston is no different.
I’m glad they got him. I’ll be interested to see who gets the $2million reward for Bulger, and the $100,000 for his long-time girlfriend.
Thank goodness!
Now I can quit walking around screaming “Kill Whitey!”
People always took it the wrong way. Sheesh!
LOL! Read the linked article, there’s a possibility that he might get the h0t-shot for a mob hit he did in Oklahoma.
But I won’t bank on it.

Whenever the missus served bulgur, I would smack it around and demand it tell me where Whitey was. Does this mean I can’t do it anymore? 😛
Not sure if Whoopi was in support of this media blitz. I mean really, he didn’t rape-rape anyone.
no sympathy for whitey, but I sure wish I caught him first.
I’m sure Whitey did. He had a big thing with strangling women. Wouldn’t surprise me if the monster may have added a little sexual assault into the pot.
If you haven’t heard yet, Helmke is quitting.
Post up. Does put a smile on my face on a damn shitty day.
They caught him because of his girlfriend… One wonders why it only took what, 16 years, to finally use THAT approach???
Something smells fishy about the whole thing. Dunno if we’ll hear about it, but Whitey got away mostly because of the Corrupt FBI Agent (who is currently spending the rest of his life in Prison) “Zip” Connolly

FYI, the video autoplays.

Firefox 5.0 in Windows 7 (64-bit) at work. I haven’t tried it at home, yet.
