Coincidence?

I wonder:

A Massachusetts company that mixes drugs for hospitals on Wednesday gave up an attempt to distance itself from an affiliated pharmacy linked to a deadly U.S. outbreak of fungal meningitis.

Ameridose LLC agreed to close down for 12 days while state and federal officials investigate the New England Compounding Center, which distributed thousands of vials of a contaminated steroid made at a shabby brick complex next to a waste and recycling operation in a western suburb of Boston.

A guy at work was noting the odd coincidence that a drug that would be injected into the backs of patient would just so happen to be contaminated with the fungus that causes meningitis. Of course it could just be dumb luck and incompetence, still this story is very creepy.

What a horrible way to commit mass murder… There ought to be a law… After all, the Tylenol murders case is still unsolved after thirty years…
