And Get Constitutional Carry passed in New Hampshire!

New Hampshire could soon become one of the most pro-gun states in the country – a sanctuary where the Constitution is paramount and Americans don’t need the government’s permission to exercise their God-given rights.

The bill is House Bill 536, sponsored by state Rep. J. R. Hoell, and it has already passed the House. The issue is “constitutional carry” – a concept which recognizes that Americans have the Second Amendment right to carry firearms without getting the government’s permission.

If this bill passes, not only will it get rid of the bullshit $100 (up from $20!!!) Non-Resident Permit that I will not be renewing ever, but it will make New Hampshire THE most gun friendly state in the Union.

Yep.

Want to carry? Do it!
Want to buy guns? Go right ahead, we won’t stop you.
Want to buy an NFA Item? MG, DD, SBR, SBS, AOW, it don’t matter! Do the paperwork and we’ll sign your form!
Want to go out to eat? Go Ahead, bring your gun, ya never know!
Want to have a beer or a glass of wine with dinner? go ahead, you’re a big kid, just don’t get drunk while carrying because you’ll be asking for trouble!

Want Violent Crime? You’re SOL, New Hampshire doesn’t allow that, and Violent Criminals, I’d re-think that shit as Granite Staters say “Live Free or Die”…but they leave the dying up to you, if given a choice.

Go New Hampshire! Where they prefer to live free, over dying!

We have a Constitutional Carry (Alaska style) bill, HB 139, working its way through in Virginia, too. I’m not sure how much of a chance it has of passing, but it’s a good start.

Also, just FYI, a couple of days ago I got an alert from the VCDL about those VA Senate bills you posted about recently. All of them, including the repeal of “one gun a month”, have to be re-heard due to a procedural error.

“An inadvertent breach of Senate Rules basically nullified everything the
Courts of Justice Committee took up in a six hour marathon meeting on
Wednesday, and we’re still trying to sort out the carnage. The bills have to be
taken up again, and some hard-fought victories will be revisited.”

NH probably has the best chance because their permit is a formality at best. For Residents its $10, no fingerprints, no photo needed, no training requirement and the card isn’t even laminated. Just has your name and address (Marko showed me his, and it has misspellings crossed out on it), and the process is over in a Week…I suspect if the Chief knew you he could do it up in a working day.

I find it hard to believe that crappy sheet of paper does anything that a NH Driver’s License can’t do.

Still best wishes for you guys. The US Constitution is the only carry permit anybody needs.

What an extraordinary idea–letting people do as they wish, so long as they harm no innocent person. That could never work. . .

Go New Hampshire! But you know the Federales at ATF would NEVER allow any one to just go into a Gun Store in Mason, N.H. and buy a Class 3 with just a Driver’s License. And if I was a Gun Dealer, with THIS “Gun Walking” Administration, I wouldn’t take the chance of being raided by the ATF, even though the State Law says it’s cool. And I’m SURE they’ll be some Hippie Federal Judge who would Declare the Law “Illegal” and tie it up in the Fed Courts for years.

But having said all that, I wonder if my Brother-in-Law would allow me to use his Condo up by Mt. Washington to become my Permanent Home of Record, and I could become a Citizen of N.H.
