Legal System Keeping Us Safe

Here’s how we do our Bad Justice in Massachusetts.

State police say a man on the state Probation Department’s Ten Most Wanted list has been captured.

Authorities apprehended 46-year-old Dennis Lauber at an apartment in Boston’s Roxbury neighborhood on Thursday night.

Lauber is wanted out of Essex Superior Court for armed robbery while masked in violation of probation conditions. Since the issuance of that probation warrant, he has picked up additional charges from Saugus police stemming from an attack on a 23-year-old woman.

All of that and he was still freely roaming the streets. This is why I carry a gun, and I carry my gun ALL THE TIME! You never know when you’ll come toe-to-toe with a violent criminal deemed “Safe” by our broken and dysfunctional corrections system.

There is a way to make these monsters safe, and I carry it in a holster.

My gun is like my lungs – I can’t live without them.

armed robbery as a probation violation?

WTF was the guy doing on probation? How long did it take the probation officer to catch up with him?

    • Weerd Beard says:

Most of the time I read about probation violations such as “Rape” or “Murder”. Even more scary is many of the probation are for previous murders and violent assaults.

When they call Mass Justice a “Revolving Door” they are NOT joking!
