Media Misinformation

Sick shit out there in the Zimmerman case. Like this:

Trayvon Martin, a black child of 17, died at the invisible intersection of racial hatred and hating government.

Trayvon left the Sanford, Fla., home of his father’s fiancée on Feb. 26 to buy candy and iced tea and, shortly thereafter, met a violent, screaming death at the hands of a man standing over him.

A death so wicked and unexplainable — like the slaughter of Jewish children in France this week — cries out for swift and immediate justice. In France, the state would see to that. A suspect in those murders, and the previous deaths of one black and two Muslim soldiers, has already been killed in a shootout with French police. In Florida, Trayvon’s shooter, a “white Hispanic” named George Zimmerman, remains free unless Big Government — here, the Justice Department — decides to prosecute him.

Lets see allegations of racism when there are none. Comparing Zimmerman to the Al Qaeda terrorist in France. Claiming Zimmerman was standing over Martin when he shot him, when in fact Martin was on top of Zimmerman pounding his face in.

Zimmerman is free because the police found no evidence of a crime. This guy HAS no evidence, and states several things that are totally false, and he’s decided Zimmerman is guilty. Nice, huh?

And of course racist inciter of riots, Al Sharpton says this is all about being black.

Visit for breaking news, world news, and news about the economy

Stay to the end where he quote Martin Luther King about Content of character, not color of skin in a story where he frames everything about race. Sharpton isn’t an idiot, he’s a fucking idiot!

Everything I’ve read I believe Zimmerman is non guilty, and I suspect racists like this who see everybody ELSE as a racist will likely stir up violence when justice is served.

Or the cowards who don’t want to be called “Racist” by people who judge EVERYBODY by the color of their skin may turn Zimmerman into a sacrificial lamb for the cause.

They’re really playing with fire now.

“met a violent, screaming death at the hands of a man standing over him.”

    No Justice No Peace

Hoping for the best, but expecting the worse.

  2. mike w. says:

There’s a narrative to be followed now, and it’s race based. They don’t need no stinkin’ facts.

  3. Rob Crawford says:

I do wonder which “artist” will release the hip-hop version of the “Horst Wessel Lied”.

RWC — they *are* playing with fire, and I cannot believe they are ignorant of it.

  4. Sharpton has led one lynch mob. Good to see that he’s not giving up on leading a second.

    • Weerd Beard says:

Stick with what you know, and killing “White Interlopers”* is what Sharpton Knows!

      * and by “White Interlopers” he means “Innocent Black People just doing their job near where he incites a riot”.

    • bobby says:

If I were a politician, I’d love to be on Sharpton’s show …

every answer would be “Quoting my favorite Reverend, Tawana Brawley!!” – “Quoting my favorite Reverend, Hymie Town!!” -or- “Quoting my favorite Reverend, You a punk faggot, now come and do somethin!!”

Jeff KuentzlerMarch 30, 2011 at 8:49 amA nothing story? I think it’s pettry interesting. If the PD printed about Zimmerman’s father getting special treatment and didn’t print anything about Wood’s late taxes i’m sure you would think it was an interesting story .cover up the left’s antics but print the right’s antics ..typical unethical tactics.

  5. I have heard some comments made by some of the local leaders of the black community, including the Mayor of Sanford. They seem to be really toning down the retoric and calling for patience while the investigations by the Sanford Police and the Feds are conducted. More importantly, they aren’t trying to stir up trouble.

I suppose it would be too much to ask for the out-of-town professional race baiters and shit stirrers to just go home and let us handle our own problems without them trying to make things worse.

    • RWC says:

I hope. Miguel also stated that it doesn’t ‘feel’ like something will happen, it’s not in the air.

      • The “air” has died down a lot from just a few days ago. I was in California during the Rodney King incident and the whole thing “smelled” simular for a bit there. I was worried. We have a couple more hurdles to get over that might re-spark things. Grand Jury in April. After that, the trial whenever (if the Grand Jury comes back with charges, I suspect it won’t). If things stay peaceful through that, we should be in the clear barring another negative “racial like” incident. Then all bets are off.

Ever notice that at times like this some idiot will go and do something stupid? Just in case, I’m getting a few preps in place. Going to buy some extra food. Extra ammo already taken care of (which is probably backwards from what it should be, food should come first). If anything does happen, I’ll just stay close to home wait it out.

I would probably go with extra water first, then extra ammo, then extra food. I’ve listed my reasoning below:

          * Extra water’s easy to do, and dehydration’s a quicker killer than starvation.

          * While you can neither eat nor drink ammo, it can help keep any Homo sapiens lupus from killing you and taking your stores of water and food. Besides, ammo is prone to shortages in your preferred calibers (since they’re likely many other folks’ preferred calibers), and it’s hard to feed a given firearm ammo it wasn’t designed to use. Food allergies merely require avoiding certain food items; ammo issues may require both the proper cartridge and specific rounds for that cartridge.

          * Most folks can live for weeks without eating at all, though they won’t like it much. That being said, most homes have some stored food on-hand, every morsel of which postpones the evil day when you weigh eating the dreaded Escalloped Potatoes with Ham MRE (circa 1991) against anthropophagy.

Try this one from MSNBC, for (what can only be deliberate) media misinformation:

“This guy looks like he’s up to no good … he looks black,” Zimmerman told a police dispatcher from his car.

Could they distort that to be any more racially inflammatory? They omitted a really significant part of the conversation.

My transcription of the relevant part (0:16 to 0:40), from the 911 tape:

Zimmerman: This guy looks like he’s up to no good, or he’s on drugs or something. It’s raining and he’s just walking around, looking about.

Dispatcher: Okay, is this guy, is he white, black, or hispanic?

    Z: He looks black.

D: Did you see what he was wearing?

Z: Yeah, a dark hoodie, like, a grey hoodie, and either jeans or sweatpants, and white tennis shoes.

It’s like they’re trying to incite a race riot.

Now A: Obama said he “looks like my son (if I had one)” and B: Those “Sons of Liberty,” the NEW BLACK PANTHER PARTY has put out a “$10,000 Bounty” to get Zimmerman into their Hands.

Great. Just Fucking Great. Any bets on if Obama is going to send the DOJ after the NEW BLACK PANTHERS for Inciting Violence and Hate Crimes?

Just what this country needs. Mob Rule.

anthropophagy FTW … I am not gonna touch eScalloped potatoes with ham

  10. wfgodbold says:

I like how they keep using what look like really old photos of Martin to make it look like he was just some little kid, instead of a photo that shows he was actually taller than Zimmerman.

And the photo of Zimmerman they use is a mug shot where he’s wearing a jailbird orange shirt.
