Well, keep in mind that the Anointed One started out as a College Professor. And they only have a limited number of Office Hours, then they take off, all the while earning more money than a Teacher.
So Obama just can”t seem to grasp the idea that Normal Working Hours means you are in the Office during Normal Working Hours, not Jet-Setting around on Air Force One.
