Why Stand Your Ground Is Relevant

Have a look at this newly released picture of George Zimmerman.

This is not the face of a panicky mall-ninja. This is not the face of a zealous white-supremest. This is not the face of a bully.

This is the face of a man who was beaten within an inch of his life, and is ONLY alive because he had a gun on him that night. A night when he only thought he was going to buy groceries for the week.

The anti-rights types don’t want you to see this photo. Why? Because its the truth, and it speaks 1,000 words.

The special (-ed) prosecutor should be prosecuted for her behavior in this. It’s been a lynching since the beginning.

My thoughts exactly. The linked article quotes Zimmerman’s lawyer saying they’ve had trouble with discovery, and that the police/prosecutors have been … less than forthcoming with their evidence. Pair that with the prosecution’s motion for a gag order on the grounds it might influence potential jurors – MONTHS AFTER the media has all but declared him guilty – and this whole case stinks to high heaven.

I applaud George Zimmerman and his legal team for their continued display of dignity and professionalism in dealing with these … creatures.

They’ve already made it impossible for Zimmerman to get a fair trial. Not that he should have been on trial to begin with. . .
