“Gun Death” and Bad Justice

A local story:

The 40-year-old man who allegedly fled the scene after a fatal dirt bike collision with a Plymouth teenager will be in court Tuesday to face a misdemeanor charge….The criminal charge of leaving the scene of a recreational vehicle accident with personal injury carries no jail time. If convicted, Kelly could face a fine of up to $1,000 as well as the loss of his vehicle and his license for one year. Environmental police filed a criminal complaint against Kelly on April 17.

Get in a serious accident and leave the other party to die and at MOST you lose your license for a year and have to pay a GRAND???

This is the MAXIMUM this goon will face. This is in Massachusetts where you potentially face prison time for having a novelty key chain with a cross-drilled .44 Magnum case on it.

This is just disgusting!!!

That’s because, according to “Progressive” “logic,” you CHOOSE to carry the keychain. If you hit someone and drive away, that’s the car’s fault, not the driver’s.

    It’s “common sense.” 😉
