Authorities have charged a Syracuse woman in the death of her baby and are now investigating the death as a homicide….Hack said there was another case of abuse involving Wanda and Nataliah Trumble from earlier this year, but he declined to give specifics. That case is still under investigation.
The infant’s father brought her to the hospital, Hack said. She had sustained significant head trauma and was pronounced dead Saturday afternoon.
Through interviews and an investigation detectives learned Nataliah’s mother, Wanda, was responsible for causing her daughter’s injuries, Hack said.
Nataliah was born May 23 of this year, according to a birth announcement.
