“Gun Death” Drown in the Street

Wow, this is freaky!

A musician drowned after he became trapped in a drain while trying to retrieve his car keys, an inquest has heard….Fire crews spent 40 minutes attempting to free him before he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The court heard how Mr Banks had removed the drain cover and the water level was a foot below the street surface at the time.

Wow, my street occasionally floods in heavy rain. What’s more dangerous, my street, or my guns?

This one really caught my eye because it illustrates the fallacy of gun control.

Hey, someone died; let’s pass another law, we’ll make it illegal for anyone but a public employee to remove a drain cover.

And we need a law that says even if someone removes a drain cover illegally; they are prohibited from entering the drain in any manner.

And another law requiring people to be sober anywhere within 25 meters of a storm drain or grate.

Yeah, that will keep people safe.
