A northeast Ohio teen has pleaded guilty to killing her foster mother as part of a conspiracy with her romantically involved foster father.
That’s just gross! Also I have family who have been foster parents, as well as friends who have done the same, and this also shows the fallacy of background checks. To be a foster family they go over your life with a fine-tooth-comb, yet as deep as they search, they can’t find out everything.
Yuck!
