This one is similar to the “Big Chief” cocktail, but while the Chief could be argued is a variation on the standard Manhattan, the BK could be argued is the Dry Manhattan version of that:
Again no earthly idea what that Amaro she’s using is, so in my glass:
1.5oz Bulliet Rye
1 oz Amaro Montenegro
0.25 oz Dry Vermouth
0.25 Luxardo Maraschino
I think I like this drink even better!
