Pink Drink: The Fenix

Because in this post I could have done better, but scoot over there for some history on how I came upon this amazing drink.

Ingedients:

1oz Green Chartreuse
1oz Triple Sec
1oz Campari
1oz Egg White
1oz Lime Juice
0.5oz Orgeat
Grated Milk Chocolate

Pour all ingredients into your shaker, then without adding ice seal it up and give it a good hard shake for about 30 seconds, longer if you can stand it. You should hear a difference in the sound the shaker makes by the end, and your shaker should now be filled with a lovey pink foam, if not seal up and give a bit more of a shake.
With the egg properly foamed (and for health concerns, now combined with alcohol and sugar which should kill any pathogens you might be concerned about) Add your ice and give it a second hard shake until the tin is VERY cold.

Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and finely grate milk chocolate (I’ve tried dark, and it doesn’t work the same!) over the top. It’s sweet, fluffy, pink, and delightful, but not candy-like due to the spicey nature of the Campari and Chartreuse.

Enjoy!
