Don’t Let Them Finish

Heh, when they hear something they don’t like, interrupt.

part II here.

I don’t 100% agree with Penn, but he makes some good points. Notice how Piers, a man who is intellectually inferior to Penn, just keeps interrupting.

Telling 🙂

And I’m Sure He’s Hated For It!

Mayor balances the budget without raising taxes:

Seems that when it isn’t their money, people spend it on shit they don’t need…then want to hold onto it as if it was theirs.

Mayor sells off the shit they don’t need, and ta-da! Their budget problems are solved.

Oh and smart move by the Police Unions, they didn’t want to help the city out, so they lost their jobs! Union bosses LOVE the workers, don’t they?

Nick Gillespie owns Idiots

I love the religious fervor of the “Progressives” ignoring the voice of reason (and Reason) simply pointing out that genetically modified food has never posed a danger to public health. Also you have to love their disdain for individual freedom, choice, and initiative. You see its not enough for an INDIVIDUAL to do their due diligence against things they hold dear, it must be rammed down their throats, preferably by a government agency! Party of choice!

You see they WANT it to be dangerous, so therefore it is! Wicked smart these guys! I want to be rich and not have to go to work today…..oh…

Wow Some Common Sense at a “Buyback”

Somebody turned in an STG 44 at the buyback, not knowing what it was worth!

Good on police for not scrapping this piece of history! Never underestimate the fervor of the anti-rights cult. I’ve heard first-hand accounts of an original S&W Schofield revolver being melted down because somebody, not knowing what it was worth, and its historical rarity and significance turned it in for a measly gift card.

In the Massachusetts case the gun was destroyed, because the commander wasn’t as reasonable as this one.

I’m always saddened when I see ignorant anti-gun people patting themselves on the back when they turn in $1000 worth of guns for $200 in trade, when they could have simply walked into a gun shop and given those guns to a good home for more cash.

Also the antis always like to pretend this is “Getting Guns Off the Streets”, but as we can see, its simply getting guns out of attics and closets from widows and grand kids, and using public funds that could be used for something useful like paying police overtime or replacing aging PD equipment.

Gun “Buybacks” is one of the dumbest ideas ever come up with by the anti-rights cult.

Cable Is Dying

I’m happy to see it happen!

Walt Disney Studios said on Tuesday that it had completed a deal to show films from its Disney, Pixar and Marvel banners on Netflix, replacing a less lucrative pact with Starz.

The agreement is the first time one of Hollywood’s big studios has chosen Web streaming over pay television. Netflix has made similar “output” deals with smaller movie suppliers like DreamWorks Animation and the Weinstein Company. But all of the majors — Disney, Paramount, Universal, Warner Brothers, Sony and 20th Century Fox — have stayed with Starz, HBO or Showtime until now.

Streaming technology has convinced many people to save money by abandoning cable programming, this is only going to be amplified as streaming sources like Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon start taking away resources held exclusively by cable, and especially premium cable companies.

Every house these days has internet, so outside of streaming cable is becoming an expensive luxury many can’t justify.

“Gun Death” Another Monster

Think of what it takes to do this:

The father who told police he tried to poison his children’s pizza actually drowned his five-year-old son in the bathtub and fed his daughter, seven, rat poison because he was angry at his estranged wife for seeing another man, it emerged today.

Leonardo Espinal, 47, was babysitting the kids at his stepmother’s Bronx, New York, apartment on Tuesday when he called their mom Rosaura Abreu and threatened to kill himself, sources said.

So what we have here is a man who killed his own kids for “Revenge” against his ex wife. Also its in NYC where guns are essentially banned. This is the world those who use the metric of “Gun Death” want us all to live in. Pretty sunny place, huh? Remember, its the people with the guns who are the dangerous ones!

Fitting Name

Obama gets a fish named after him.

Now naming new species after celebrities is common, and frankly I don’t care. You discover a species you can name it whatever you want. You earned it.

Still fitting because its a darter, and the Snail Darter is one of the many endangered species that is destroying the California Agricultural economy.

Wear it with pride, Mr. President!

Whittle Looks at the Political Landscape

A great video:

Bill and I split on who we preferred to win in the last election. Personally I’ll take a not-serious Obama, over a deadly serious Romney.

Either way we’re boned!

Maybe the people will wake up…maybe they’ll die in their sleep…

AFT on Free Market!

ATF should be a convenience store, not a government agency!

LOL!
