My folks brought me home from the hospital in a “Glass Ass Gremlin”. Tho theirs was a more pure-red color!

I don’t know how I missed this since I’ve read the Giant Squid wikipedia page several times (as well as the one for the Colossal Squid which there is also video of a living specimen which can be seen here on Netflix )

I never knew these videos existed, thanks to Lazy Bike Commuter for pointing them out!

This first one is neat, but THIS one is REALLY cool!

“Gun Death” Brooklyn

This is about a New York as you can get!

A Brooklyn man allegedly killed his girlfriend inside his apartment Tuesday and jumped to his death from the roof of the building after his mom called police, sources said…“He unlocked the chain,” a police source said. “When his mother and sister came in, he was moving all over the apartment.”

The source said the two women went to the bathroom and found Gabourel’s girlfriend, Liliana Belfor, 29, dead in the bathtub with her throat slit.

No Guns! No “Gun Death”. Of course a blade and a fall from a high place took two lives. But those who use “Gun Death” could care less!

Hand Wringing

Just to show how out-of-touch the left is have a look at this!

A PAC supporting Jesse Kelly, a former Marine running to replace Rep. Gabrielle Giffords in a special election on Tuesday, is using an image Kelly’s campaign has avoided thus far — the candidate holding a gun.

Go have a look at the image. It appears to be a photo taken in Iraq with the prospective Congressman holding a slung M249 SAW.

What’s outrageous about any of this is that somehow this image is taken as “offensive”.

He was a soldier, and part of being a soldier is carrying guns around dangerous places. He did just that and he’s proud of it. Good for him.

Best wishes to his campaign, obviously he must be the best man for the job if this is the ONLY thing the other side has.
