I have a story on the stupidity of Massachusetts gun laws. I stopped by a local gun shop and bought a 5lb keg of smokeless powder. I went up to the counter and put cash on the barrel head, and then the shop owner asked to see my permit. You see you need a gun permit to buy ammunition components in Massachusetts. A loyal sheep would point out that gunpowder is flammable and therefore dangerous. I’ve burned up junk powder and it isn’t a huge deal, still after I left the shop I drove across the street to a gas station, and swiped my card at the pump and bought 15 gallons of gasoline by swiping my card at the pump and never saw a living soul.

I told you that so I could get to today’s “Gun Death”

Police in Washington state say a man apparently set fire to his own home, killing himself and five of his children

Does not say what tools he used to murder his children, but they are not guns, so not a “Gun Death”. No “Gun Death” no relevance to those who hate freedom!

The television-obsessed New York man who brutally beat his wife because she did not pay for premium cable channels while he was in the hospital has been charged with killing her, authorities announced Wednesday.

Thomas Scala, of Staten Island, was charged with criminally negligent homicide for causing the death of his 59-year-old spouse, Blanche, by hitting her in the head during a Nov. 26, 2010 fight inside their New Dorp Beach home, according to the Staten Island District Attorney’s office.

Remember you shouldn’t have guns because you could just snap and kill somebody, and if there are no guns, things like this can NEVER happen.

I have lots of guns, but I don’t have cable in my home…this is probably why my wife is alive.

….oh wait, no guns were used? WE MUST BAN CABLE TV! ITS FOR THE CHILDRENZ!!111!!

So the Brady Campaign has released their State Scorecards for this year. Have a look at the press conference.

Right off the bat “Gun Death” is the magic metric. Furthermore they somehow claim that states like New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts are somehow the safest states.

First up its a cherry picked lie, just about all the the ultra-gun-friendly states that are the sea of Red on their map are vastly safer than the top ranked Brady states. To further hide their sinister tracks they use the metric “Gun Death”, because All the stories in the “Gun Death?” Files don’t count in their eyes, and they consider the person cornered in an alley by a gang member with a knife or a pipe, is vastly safer than say hanging out at my Uncle’s house in Maine where you can hear the locals shooting at the sandpit, or in their backyards, and the local cops are only concerned with petty crime, juvenile mischief, and traffic.

Their lie is dying, but don’t let it go unchallenged. Whenever you hear somebody say “Gun Death” call them on it!
