Even compared to the worst states in the Union, Canada has horrible gun laws. And like most gun control laws they are both ineffective, and result in innocent people getting killed.
A Canadian only needs to look to the South to see the decline of gun control laws, as well as the decline of violent crime to read the writing on the wall. Or look East to the seat of their Ruler the Queen, or Further South to Mexico to see where restrictive gun laws take us all.

Katey rocks. Her dad, Bruce Montague, has been engaged in civil disobedience and a Charter of Rights and Freedoms challenge to our Firearms Act, and is currently and shamefuolly incarcerated as a result.
The good news? Bill C-391, which will abolish our registration requirements for most long guns, has good odds of passing. We’re gaining strength and fighting back!
