A Santa Ana man was indicted Thursday in connection with the beating death of an 18-month-old girl and abusing a 3-month-old girl who suffered fractured ribs, authorities said.
Juan Carlos Aguilar, 25, allegedly squeezed the ribs of the 18-month-old on July 9 while he was caring for her.

Still think “Gun Death” is a valid metric? Under that filter this horrible crime doesn’t count.
Sounds like there needed to be a gun death in this story. Someone needed to step in there and end that asshat.
Yep that’s the reason I do these stories:
#1. To take the metric of “Gun Death” off the table.
#2. to show if guns are banned brutal crimes will continue.
#3. to show that if a gun was properly introduced into many of these cases GOOD would have been the end-result.
