The ONE (and only one) thing I respect about British Parliament is that they have no obligation to be respectful of the idiotic rantings of their colleagues. I feel it is my duty as a veteran of the 4th Infantry Division to point out that the worlds “Steadfast and Loyal” is the motto of the that same division.
While serving in 4-ID in 2003, LTC. West earned the respect of every trigger puller on the ground in Iraq for his actions that lead to his early retirement.
We need more leaders that are willing to go through hell with a gasoline can for their subordinates.
