Think they should try him for Treason; he’s admitted to it.
Try him, convict him and then hang him for that crime.

Don’t sweat it. The best he can hope for is a Sentence Reduction to Life Imprisonment. If it take 20 years to get the Needle, he still is behind Bars. If they reduce his Prison Sentence to Life, he’s still behind Bars.
But if he ever gets out, TEXAS is waiting for him.
And he’ll WISH he was back in Leavenworth.
