“Gun Death” Christmas Decapitation

What did you get for Christmas?

Police say they’ve charged a teenager with murder in the death of a 41-year-old man whose decapitated body was found in a Chicago apartment on Christmas Day…Authorities didn’t provide other details, including whether the decapitation occurred before or after the victim died. The medical examiner’s office did say that Diaz-Hernandez died of “multiple blunt and sharp-force injuries.”

Chicago, the Gun Control Utopia in America, and besides the massive amounts of “Gun Deaths” we also have lovely stories like this.

“Gun Death” New York Domestic Murder

So many angles to this:

The stepson of a Salvation Army worker who was stabbed to death in Harlem was charged late Wednesday in his killing, the police said.

So we have a murder in Harlem where guns are effectively banned, allegedly for our safety. We have a domestic disturbance where a step-son murdered his step-father. The “Gun Death” Cult claims that the solution to domestic violence is to ban guns. How would that have worked?

All I know is this is blood they won’t dance in. Some murders just aren’t useful to the “Gun Death” crowd. Its almost like they don’t have any regard for human life at all, just banning guns.

Images of the “Progressives”: Free Speech

I’m always amazed at how little anti-freedom advocates actually understand individual liberty and freedom.

Of course no citation on WHAT Sarah Palin might be opposed to for speech, but they are right, there is a lot of stuff being said that Palin doesn’t like. Same with me. Same with the author of this stupid image.

Except free speech is against LEGAL injunction against speech and expression (as well as religion and the press), and not only does Sarah Palin have ZERO authority to pass laws or enforce them, but she has not called for such action.

Even more ironic is this anti-Palin image is doing EXACTLY what they seem to oppose Palin doing. They don’t like PALIN’s free expression of her political views. In other words, they don’t like it when SHE does it, but its 100% fine when THEY do it.

And at the bottom, its all protected speech, and I’m cool with that.

Sad Duck News!

Oh NO! Horrible duck news!

First that Giant Duck exibit in Taiwan? Its been having issues…

A giant yellow duck on display in a northern Taiwan port exploded Tuesday, just hours before it was expected to attract a big crowd to count down the new year.

The 18-metre-tall (59-feet) duck on show at Keelung burst around noon and deflated into a floating yellow disc, only 11 days after it went on display.

It was the second time that a giant inflatable duck — a bath toy replica created by Dutch artist Florentijn Hofman — had burst while on show in Taiwan.

“We want to apologise to the fans of the yellow rubber duck…. the weather is fine today and we haven’t found the cause of the problem. We will carefully examine the duck to determine the cause,” organiser Huang Jing-tai told reporters.

I bet they can fix him! Still I’m kinda glad I don’t own this duck (as much as I want it!) because that is gonna cost a MINT!

On more serious duck news. THE DEMOCRAT DUCK KILLER!!!!1111!

Police are investigating the death of a number of ducks allegedly hit by a vehicle operated by one of the city’s state representatives.
State Rep. David Campbell, D-Nashua, reportedly ran over the ducks at a speed of about 15 mph in the driveway of the Crowne Royal Hotel in Nashua. The incident is said to have occurred on Monday, Dec. 23, The Telegraph of Nashua reported Sunday.

Seriously? Couldn’t be bothered for the ducks to get out of the way? Duck life isn’t human life, and while you all know I love them, I have no issue with farming them, eating them, or hunting them. Still just squashing them in a parking lot for the sake of convenience is more than a little blatant! No word on criminal charges in story, but I hope they’re at least being entertained.

Rights Vs. Privileges

I had to renew my Driver’s license this year. Went into the RMV (which thankfully has offices open on the weekend so I didn’t need to take time off) waited maybe 2 hours, gave them ONE page of paperwork, got my picture taken, and was given a paper license that was good for one month after my old one expires.

didn’t need it, it took two weeks to get the new one.

Now last year I needed to renew my Mass LTC. I had to take time off of work and submit 3 pages of paperwork. According to law my old permit was good for 90 days after expiration if I was in the renewal process…but all I had to show was an expired permit. I needed almost all of those 90 days as it took SIX MONTHS to get my permit back.

Awesome Clip

This is REALLY good!

The general subject is one I hold very highly. Also I was amused at Penn talking about how he doesn’t do or like drugs. Back in 2002 my roommate and I were sitting around our apartment in Portland drinking beers and talking about pot legalization (neither of us bother with the stuff much, but we do like beer) and our lament was that Pot legalization back then was doomed to fail because it was “In the hands of the stoners”. Thankfully now lots of non-stoners are coming forward against drug prohibition.

Also like Penn I’m more concerned about the freedoms of the people I like the least than the freedoms of the people I really like. Hell I live in Massachusetts and I HAVE lots of guns. I HAVE lots of guns because I and my wife have good jobs and we can afford all the nonsense it takes to BUY guns, keep guns, and keep up with the stupid laws, as well as select where we live on how they treat gun owners.

Also like Penn I think more freedom makes us ALL better, and it makes us all better because as a whole we are mostly good people, and even the more obnoxious people out there won’t cause much trouble if you take the .gov boot off their neck.

Meanwhile the “Progressives” seem to LOATH their species. Not only do they make outlandish claims about us destroying the world, but they claim that we are nothing short of a few laws away from horrible Anarchy of a Cormack McCarthy level.

I don’t like Cormack McCarthy, his books are no fun to read, not realistic, and I suspect he’s a horrible person. Also I want him to be free to write more lame books.

“Gun Death” Double Murder

You won’t hear about this brutal double-murder from the anti gun forces because it wasn’t a “Gun Death”.

Norfolk Police have charged a 16-year-old male with two counts of second degree murder in connection with the stabbing deaths of Carol and Wayne Parker on Thursday.

Police are not releasing any more information as he is a juvenile. The motive remains under investigation.

Whatever the motive, it wasn’t worth it.
