Seeds Sewn By Anti-Freedom

Now I’m treading on thin ice here, so understand my message before reading to deeply on the specific subject I’m taking about.

I think that one reason why we’re seeing all these suicidal school shootings is because we are SEEING them. Seeing them in full-color, with great detail, including the shooter’s name, any manifestos or credos he may have spewed, his body count, and some hand-wringing sympathies because ALL of these killers are abject losers, and deeply mentally ill.

Still reading the latest news about the sicko who brought a shotgun to school, allegedly with a grudge against a teacher, critically wounding a fellow student who he likely had no issue with, and then killing himself, really made me angry.

he once cracked wise about Republican opposition to gun control.

On his Facebook page, he chided members of the GOP, writing “You republicans are so cute,” along with an image that read: “The Republican Party: Health Care: Let ’em Die, Climate Change: Let ’em Die, Gun Violence: Let ’em Die, Women’s Rights: Let ’em Die, More War: Let ’em Die. Is this really the side you want to be on?” The Denver Post reported.

Now, again I am NOT saying that even because he allegedly expressed support and camaraderie with Democrats and “Progressive” views that this guy was a “Progressive”. He wasn’t, he was a nut. Period, full-stop. He’s no more a “Progressive” because of these statements, than Charles Manson is a Neo-Nazi because he tattooed a swastika on his forehead. These are just crazy things done by crazy people.

What I AM saying is that this nut did NOT come up with his plans and actions in a vacuum. He was inspired, and frankly he regurgitated it. The above rant is the FURTHEST thing from original. Hell I’m willing to bet that NOTHING he has done was particularly original, and all was mimicked behavior.

So where did he learn it? Where did he draw his inspiration?

CSGV has a page called “Armed Insurrectionists”

On June 26, 2008, the U.S. Supreme Court embraced the National Rifle Association’s contention that the Second Amendment provides individuals with the right to take violent action against our government should it become “tyrannical.” The following timeline catalogs incidents of insurrectionist violence (or the promotion of such violence) that have occurred since that decision was issued.

In it, CSGV gives names and quotes of people who have advocated for the 2nd Amendment, and people who have committed horrible violence. Only there is no connection to those groups, except for the tenuous threads CSGV weaves to support a factually inaccurate association.

Meanwhile the pro-freedom people talk about gun safety. They talk about the Four Rules, they talk about the severity and permanence of using a gun, and the respect required for that. They teach self-defense, and how that is not only WHEN to shoot, but WHEN NOT to shoot. They talk about violent crime, not just “Gun Death”. We talk about individual liberty and good citizenship.

Meanwhile the “Progressives” portray gun owners as people with desire to murder. Anarchists looking to overthrow the government. People who see the solution to ANY problem is to start shooting.

Further the Media plasters the face of the shooter on every news report. As soon as the name is released, that name is spoken over every news cast. They talk about what weapons were used, what magazines, and how many rounds of ammunition they both carried and owned. (Thankfully the media doesn’t seem to realize that ammunition comes in different types, so load selection has NOT been talked about, and frankly I think many lives have been spared because of this) They even talk about the safety tactics used by the “Gun Free Zone”.

So while these lunatics are always loaners and losers, they ARE associating with groups before their crime.

They are NOT that odd guy on AR-15.com, they are not that dude that hangs around the gun shop. They are NOT gunbloggers, they are not Tea Party Patriots, and they are not people previously profiled on anti-freedom web pages.

Moms Demand Action has a new campaign called “No More Silence”, which is odd, as the group, as small as it is, is pretty loud, further the Gun Control Debate is alive and well…just the gun banners aren’t participating, and do anything they can to avoid debates, discussions, or any interactions with ANYBODY who might be pro-freedom.

Still we need to be LOUD about this. The Colorado school shooting is NATIONAL news, but what kind of story is it? A kid brought a gun to school and shot another student. This is a weekly occurrence in our inner city schools where the gangs rule the hallways. Just rather than a gang-banger selling drugs and killing another student who “dissed” him, this is a crazed white kid with a death wish.

Both are sad stories, but when it comes to safety, the net loss is no different between them, and the net overall danger is LESS when it comes to somebody who is violently mentally ill, compared to a full-on cultural disrespect for human life.

Still the Anti-Rights people don’t want to talk about the gang problem, or the war on drugs because it doesn’t suit their agenda. Just like they don’t want to talk about stabbings or beatings, or the “Knock out Game”. There is no profit to be made with those stories, even when they pose a greater threat to our safety.

The Media jumps on suburban violence, and “Spree Shooters” (even when there isn’t a shooting spree) because it pulls on the heart strings of their viewers more than when its violent criminals selling dangerous drugs in disregarded schools.

This is their bread and butter, and I would find it hard to believe that they don’t get excited when they first hear the news. So they give the sicko national press, they publish anything and everything they know or can find about them, and tell the NEXT guy what to do so they can get their juicy scoop.

THIS HAS TO STOP!

End Glorification of Killers.

End personification of weapons.

End Gun Free Zones.

“Gun Death” Small Town Tragedies

Those who preach “Gun Death” promise safety. Sadly that is a lie:

One flier offers a $5,000 Crime Stoppers award and asks for information about the Nov. 21 stabbing death of 23-year-old Jacob Glenn, whose body was found not far from the store’s front door.

The other asks for donations of clothing, toiletries, gift cards and money to help the Babson family, whose home burned nearly to the ground Wednesday night. Dr. Thomas Babson, 62, and his 8-year-old daughter Alice died in the fire. His wife, June, 12-year-old daughter Katie and 8-year-old son Tobey, Alice’s twin, survived.

Fox Island residents aren’t used to public tragedies in their quiet bedroom community, let alone twice in two weeks.

A fatal house fire, and a stabbing murder, all in a VERY small island. For a place this small those two deaths are HUGE, and they are also totally ignored because they are not “Gun Deaths”. It also shows that danger can happen ANYWHERE.

Google, Does Evil

Wow I’ve been hearing about this from many of the Youtube Channels. This video explains whats going wrong the best.

Essentially Google, through Youtube is flagging people for copyright infringement, but many of these users have full permissions. But the default position is that you are a PIRATE!

Innocent until proven guilty. Google, what’s your slogan again?

“Gun Death” More Domestic Violence

With the bad justice tag!

A man pleaded guilty yesterday to strangling a woman in an Atlantic City motel room last year….During Wednesday’s plea, Williams admitted that he strangled Bryant using a telephone cord during a fight inside a city motel room. He then said he placed her body in the van and abandoned the vehicle behind the bus terminal before fleeing for Texas.

Why Bad Justice?

Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain announced Thursday that David Williams, 48, admitted to aggravated manslaughter in the death of 23-year-old Siddiqah Bryant.

He strangled a woman to death, and then dumped the body in a secluded place, and this is “manslaughter”? Why do judges accept pleas in cases like this? This is MURDER. It wasn’t you can just “rough-somebody-up” a little with a cord. Even if you do, when the person goes unresponsive, and you don’t call EMS, and dump the body where you can get a head start in fleeing the state, that doesn’t make anybody think that he didn’t mean to kill her.

So sick!

The House the Media Built

Is there any surprise that this happened on the week of all-Sandyhook-all-the time?

A student opened fire Friday inside a suburban Denver high school, injuring at least three people before turning the gun on himself, authorities said.

The shooting began after the student entered Arapahoe High School in Centennial with the intention of confronting a teacher, Sheriff Grayson Robinson told reporters. The sheriff declined to identify the dead gunmen.

So far the only person killed was the deranged killer, still can you think of anybody to blame besides the Media and their constant hype of mass shooters?

More in the same vein from Tam.

Images of the Antis: Anti-Freedom

As I always say, they are anti-freedom, not anti-gun. They may hem and haw over how the Founding Fathers meant such-and-such when they wrote the 2nd Amendment, or how they couldn’t POSSIBLY have foreseen the power of a semi-auto rifle, or a hand-gun that holds more than 10 rounds.

But let’s face it those arguments are tenuous at best, and the real honest answer is they think the ENTIRE Bill of Rights is a load of crap.

Exhibit A:

Well first its a bit of a false dichotomy, as the NRA is a massive and celebrated group that is very inclusive. The Annual meetings draw about 100,000 people of all walks of life, and while there is a political skewing, the range of of politics of the members is pretty broad. Further the membership is far more vast than those who travel to the meeting, and the group is celebrated by many non-members.

Meanwhile, according to Wikipedia, the Westboro Baptist Church has a membership of 40 people.

Still that doesn’t mean shit when it comes to rights. Rights are not a popularity contest, and that’s the point. I like to use the KKK as an example of the 1st Amendment, as they are a small, ugly group, but when they hold their demonstrations they don’t lynch or physically harm people, they’re just bigoted and offensive, and that should be protected by the 1st Amendment.

The 1st Amendment is NOT about you tweeting what you had for lunch, its the right to say something so horrible you offend EVERYBODY.

The same goes for the 2nd Amendment. It isn’t about punching holes in paper, or putting some ducks in a bag, as that doesn’t really bother most people. The right to Keep and Bear Arms is the right to use military-grade weapons to kill an oppressive government, kill abusive police officers, or kill criminals infringing on your right to life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness.

Yes, there are limitations to these rights. I can’t commit libel or slander, I can’t incite a riot, and I can’t play rock music in my back yard at ear-splitting levels in the middle of the night. (the last is only because my neighbors live VERY close to me…if I live in the middle of the woods, which I have, nobody cares)

Same goes for the Second, You can OWN whatever you want, but you’re not allowed to threaten or murder with the!

The anti-rights forces, as the name I give them suggests, don’t think you have ANY rights. They think my right to own a handgun, or a rifle should be a crime, just as the Westboro pigs should be jailed for holding up their “God Hates Fags” signs.

Sorry antis, but a flag that can’t be burned and desecrated isn’t worth defending, and your anti-rights world isn’t worth living in, and if you try to create that world I won’t hesitate to kill you if that’s the only option you leave me.

And that’s why they don’t want me owning guns. It gets in the way!

Leave the Kids Out of It

OK I get it, you’re a miserable person, and the guilt of sneaking smokes under your parent’s nose, cheating on your spouse, and fantasizing about murdering anybody who crosses you isn’t enough.

You need to know that driving to work is KILLING THE WORLD. ALL LIFE ON EARTH will be dead because you like to watch TV by the power of a coal fired plant.

You see OTHER people doing these things and it makes your hating them feel a little better.

But then there’s this crap:

Who is this for? Grown-ups don’t believe in Santa, and know for a FACT there isn’t a toy factory at the North Pole.

Its for Kids, who don’t know these things. Guess what kids can’t do? Shrink their carbon footprint. They have no money, and they have little choice how they live their life.

So you’re strapping a hair-shirt on your kids?

You want your KIDS to feel as miserable and guilty as you do.

How fucking sick is that???

This video makes me REALLY mad.

FINE argue with me about your junk science, FINE we can deal with that, but leave the kids out of it, you jerk!

And for you kids, read Jay’s Post, note that the South Pole has had record lows, and there was some activists that got stuck in the polar ice in the fall when it turned out the pole wasn’t as bad as the propaganda said.

These people are idiots, and NOT Scientists. Conservation is a great goal, but living your life is NOT killing the world.

And yes, there will be presents under the tree…and if Christmas gets cancelled its because Mommy has to pay huge money so the family can get health insurance under the “Affordable” Care Act.

“Gun Death” Home Safety

I’ve covered stories like this many times:

Sophia Parslow, who was just 17 months old, had clambered on to the sofa next to the blind after her mother left her on her own for a few minutes watching Peppa Pig.

The “Gun Death” people demand we have laws that are declared unconstitutional, to lock up our firearms at all times to protect children. Meanwhile houses are FILLED with dangerous things. This isn’t just about window cords, or falling TVs, or Knives, or cleaners…

“Progressives” both don’t want people to be responsible, and also want feel-good laws. We see this with texting laws. There are a MILLIONS things you can do when you should be watching the road. Rather than just stepping up Distracted Driving laws which cover people messing with their phones while operating a vehicle at speed, but also reading news papers, eating food, applying makeup.

No rather than just being reasonable we need a game of “Mother May I” for each specific thing. Its really stupid!

QC on Marijuana

Cool video:

Also I think the fact that the testing is done voluntarily is very valid. 3rd Party verification on quality and levels of active ingredients is good for everybody.

Even if it wasn’t mandated by the ATF, wouldn’t you still like to see the proof level on a bottle of booze?
