“Gun Death” Assault Car

Why would anybody use an SUV? you can’t hunt with them!

A 25-year-old Bronx woman mowed down her teenage boyfriend and then drove away as dramatic payback for shattering her iPhone.

Jasmine Diaz is in custody after Frankie Hernandez’ family found his lifeless, broken body lying on Morris Avenue at about 1.30am on Wednesday.

Car used as a murder weapon, but the antis don’t want us to use the metric of “Car Murder” or “car death” because they USE cars and don’t want THEM banned.

And all for an iPhone? Really?

LOL!

What’s funny is the reporter who thinks Christie was out of line. I suspect she is also stupid, but hates it when people call her on it!

Gun Control Illustrated

Maine Vs. Massachusetts:

Massachusetts police are hunting for the alleged shooter of a 16-year-old Maine girl who was struck in the arm while riding with her family along a major interstate in what authorities are calling a road rage incident.

The girl was traveling with her family on I-495 north in Merrimac, Mass., on Sunday when she was hit by a gunshot from another car. Witnesses told police there had been some sort of highway dispute involving the two cars.

The family was on their way home to Limington, Maine, just after noon on Sunday when the teenager was shot. The girl and three other relatives were returning from a trip to Massachusetts in a white 2002 Nissan Xterra…”Evidence suggests this was a road rage incident between the driver of the car the girl was in and the other car,” State Police spokesman David Procopio told the Boston Herald. “We do not believe the people in the victim’s car and the people in the suspect car knew each other.

In Maine there are really no serious gun restrictions. Anybody who can pass a NICS check can buy a gun TODAY. Carry permits are shall-issue, and there are minimal restrictions on where you can carry in the state.

Massachusetts you need an expensive and may-issue permit to OWN a gun, and carry is also may issue. The guns you can buy are heavily restricted.

Further I have family and friends who live in Limington Maine, and I would be surprised if there was ANY home in that town that didn’t have AT LEAST one gun.

And where did the shooting happen? Yeah! Gun laws are awesome!

“Gun Death” Immolation

Yep, I said Immolation!

A man in Knoxville, Tennessee has committed suicide by setting himself on fire in front of his wife.

Michael D McReynolds, 61, was sitting at home with his wife Anna on 1402 Craig Road when he got up, fetched a canister of gasoline from the garage, went to the front yard, covered himself in fuel and set himself alight.

Dying before his wife could unfurl their water hose, Mr McReynold’s suicide was described as a mystery by his widow as he had never indicated any suicidal feelings and said nothing as he went to kill himself…He just silently got up and walked outside and covered himself in gas and took a lighter to himself.

‘I didn’t know he was getting up to do that and it took seconds for the fire to cover him.

‘I think he unhooked the hose too.’…Refuting earlier press reports that her husband had killed himself over money worries, Mrs McReynold’s said that her husband had been working three jobs around the time of his death.

‘We weren’t having finance problems.’ said Mrs McReynolds.

Of course the antis talk a LOT about “Gun Suicide” because they can use that to ban guns. They could give a shit about this guy, because obviously burning to death in the front yard while your wife watches and attempts to put him out isn’t as bad as if he had suck-started a pistol.

Those who use the metric of “Gun Death” really aren’t good people.

Come ON Antis!

Man its been AGES since I read a decent anti-gun article to dissect. Seems most antis are just quoting old tired stories…and sometimes quoting old tired stories quoting older more tired stories. And it seems that EVERYBODY has doubled down on comment moderation, so you don’t even get to see them spin the issue like crazy.

Miguel has seen the same.

BOR-ING! Seriously guys, step it up, or leave the battlefield!

Oh and on a similar note, Sebastian is talking about a recent article by Clayton Cramer on the bogus numbers of the VPC “Concealed carry Killers” body count.

Go read the whole thing, but this quote from Dr. Cramer himself in the comments is the best.

Quite a number where no trial yet (years later), and even one where no one was even charged.

Yep a bunch of those “Concealed carry Killers” may not have even killed anybody…or done so legally.

Sebastian closes with this:

The same old tricks. You have go wonder how far the anti-gun movement could have gotten if they had been honest, instead tricking the American people into gun control through deception and subterfuge. What’s even more amazing to me, faced with the utter failure of their movement, like a one-trick pony, they keep doing the same thing.

I’d point out that they wouldn’t have even gotten as far as they did. You see lawful people owning and carrying guns PREVENT crime, or at worst cause no added danger to public safety, and its ALWAYS been that way. Sorry there is NO honest ground to support gun control. I should know, I used to be anti-gun. Don’t you think I would have picked something more moderate than the 180 degree shift I did if I had the option?

“Gun Death” Forced Starvation

Wow, this is bad

The parents of a malnourished baby have been charged with second-degree murder after the three-month-old died weighing just three pounds – half what she did at birth…Nicole Soto was born healthy, weighing six pounds and eight ounces at birth and with no medical problems, doctors told police.

The couple is being held at Oklahoma County jail on $30,000 bail each.

This case turns my stomach. But the antis don’t care, because it isn’t a “Gun Death”.

Sick, aren’t they?

I Know That Guy!

All-round good guy and amazing Letherworker Dennis from Dragon Leatherworks made it into the local paper!

A Goth lunchbox carried by actress Pauley Perrette — the Abby character in “NCIS” — may have screamed Hollywood, but it actually came from the workshop of an Oak Ridge leather worker.

Dennis Badurina, who runs Dragon Leatherworks, made the eye-catching bag in just 16 hours after getting the specs from the CBS prop master. He didn’t have much to go on — it had to be black, red, chrome, and cylindrical.

Go have a read on his nice new side project in making Hollywood props! Couldn’t happen to a nicer guy!

Zero Consistency

This story just drives me nuts.

The Transportation Security Administration is firing eight federal air marshals, including a supervisor, for allegedly drinking alcohol on a training day and suspending six others for not reporting the misconduct, the agency said Friday….The TSA told The Associated Press the drinking occurred at a restaurant in February and was reported to a website that allows employees to alert leadership of inappropriate behavior.

None of the marshals was scheduled for flight duty the day of the drinking. But the TSA said consumption of alcohol is forbidden anytime they are on the job….Some of the marshals at the restaurant had their service weapons with them, the agency said.

Look, I’m not impressed with their behavior. Still the devil is in the details. Were these armed Marshals getting shitfaced and dancing on the bar, or were just hoisting a few beers and enjoying their down time? Were all the officers armed?

Still I gotta say, not hearing any details implies to me that there isn’t much, and when you look at the behavior of the rank-and-file TSA screeners, this is just more abject stupidity from an agency that never should have been created in the first place!

DISBAND THE TSA!
