Double Standard

As if this case wasn’t enraging enugh.

A Framingham police officer lost his balance and fell during a drug raid in January, causing him to accidentally shoot and kill a 68-year-old resident of the house who was not a target of the raid, an investigation by the Middlesex district attorney’s office and State Police has determined. The officer, Paul Duncan, will not face criminal charges.

Now can you imagine if I take a stumble in my own home and let off an ND that kills an innocent what would happen to me? Hell if I let off an ND and kill nothing more than a wall or floor and the Police get wind of it I’ll never own a gun again.

This cop will be kicking doors again.

Now from my understanding one of the teens living in the house was dealing drugs, that’s illegal, and the police should do their jobs to arrest and gather evidence. Still what exactly is needed for the cops to kick in doors and do a hot entry like this? How much evidence can be destroyed in the time it takes to knock on a door, and serve a warrant?

This is negligent manslaughter at best, and this cop has no right to wear a badge, or not do time for his crime.

End no-knock warrant TODAY!!

OMG WANT!

Nighthawk Custom with AAC supressor.

I love 1911s, and I love suppressed firearms. This (or something like this) is definitely one of my “Bucket List Guns”.

Of course my fucking luck, supressors are illegal in Mass.

Maybe someday not only will they be legal, but off the NFA list that they have no point being on in the first place.

Morning Irony

Man I just think its hilarious how the leftists project their own misery onto others.

Apparently Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid himself stuck this in to make the gun-lobby folks happy.

Which they really aren’t. The gun lobby will never be happy, unless the health care law specifically requires every American to have a pistol on his or her person at all times.

Of course fallacy of us working to protect our rights is somehow us mandating EVERYBODY having a gun. Its one of the most tired anti-rights fallacies. I mean does freedom of religion mean the Church Police will come to your door and mandate that you attend Church?

But also can you think of a more miserable group of wankers than the anti-rights cultists? Constantly clutching their pearls, and sobbing openly about blatant lies of “Conceal Carry Killers”, and “High Capacity Bullet Clips”, and “Spray Firing From the Hip”. These are the town busy-bodies who are so pepetually miserable all the time that they feel the need to stick their nose in other people’s buisness, and demand things of people in the hope that it will fill their pit of misery.

But they shall never be happy…and frankly, they deserve it!

Wally, I blame you!

For the fact that I hadn’t heard of this until just now.

A Maine lawmaker wants to make it easier for Mainers to carry around guns by stripping down the concealed weapons laws….Now, Republican Representative Dale Crafts of Lisbon wants to change the law for gun owners so they only need to bring their permit when they’re at places like a polling place or school.

The bill would also reduce the fee for a permit for a concealed weapon from $35 to $10.

Wouldn’t that be nice for me to not need to worry about bothersome permitting when I visit family and friends in Maine, much like I do in Vermont. And given that New Hampshire is doing much of the same, that would make most of my out-of-state travels very comfortable.

I would also point out that Maine, Vermont, and New Hampshire are all permitless open-carry states. If you can legally own a gun, you can legally open carry it. I would also add that from late fall to late spring these states are motherfucking cold, which makes open carry impossible in normal clothing, and even in specialty clothing it could cause issues with your piece when you need it the most.

So conceal carry permits are taxation of the “Bear” part of “Keep and Bear Arms”. Just the same as required concealed carry in hot-ass states like Florida and Texas is onerous.

Good luck Maine, you have a lot of anti-gun jerks in Portland and South Portland fighting against you, but with luck you will prevail!

Leftist “Rights”

I always shake my head when I see or hear things like this.

So according to leftists “Rights” are synonymous with “Gifts”. Now let’s overlook the economic fallacy of the whole statement. I mean in your house if you and your spouse declared that you had the “Right” to a Bugatti Veyron, and modern updated kitchens and bathrooms, that would mean jack-crap, because unless you’re Mr. Scrooge-esque misers, you don’t have the cash to buy such frivolities. Leftists seem to have good understanding when poor people with no jobs bitch that they can’t afford stuff…but they seem to lose all comprehension that they actually don’t have the cash to give everybody a pony. Of course this is why the .gov is so well known for writing rubber checks.

Still let’s play a little, by looking at the Bill of Rights through the eyes of Jesse Jackson the younger.

First Amendment. You have the right to free speech. Also if you want a church, a printing press, or a computer for blogging one will be supplied to you at your request.

Second Amendment. Yep gunnies, get your heaters (at least the ones you don’t mind being on paper) appraised up and submit that with your taxes. Obviously no American should have to BUY a gun with their own money.

Also the Twenty-First Amendment. If you want to go pick up a 6-pack or mix up a Martini, well don’t reach for your wallet, its on daddy gov!

And of course they would argue that I’m just being obtuse in this post, and say it without the slightest hint of irony.

“Gun Death” WARNING

Warning, this is a bad one.

A coroner’s report indicates that 3-year-old Tristan Robinson died from being cooked. The autopsy lists the cause of death as “thermal heat,” but detectives still don’t know if the baby was conscious before being placed there by his mother.

What can I add. That’s a nasty case, and I wish I’d never read it. I don’t believe in “Gun Death” because I actually care about human life.

More Fun Than Picking a Scab

Wow I would REALLY love to do an evening of sporting clays with this ammo.

Demo video here

Non-pyrotechnic, and bio-degradable is a HUGE plus for tracer ammo. I’ve had opportunities to shoot various guns with conventional tracer ammo, but I’ve declined because I’ve always been too concerned about the burning compound starting a conflagration. Maybe if I was out in the desert of the Southwest, but here in the Northeast there’s always enugh leaf litter and plant matter to start a serious brush fire.

Also I’m a Pistol shooter first, and a rifle shooter second, my shotgun skills are a distant third, and given that shot loads behave so much differently than conventional bullets that these training aids seem like they’d be very helpful…and as the title suggests, VERY fun to shoot, especially at night!

Too Stupid to come out of the Rain

I thought I’d expand on my little NPR post here. Of course there’s irony that he calls conservatives and members of the Tea Party racists, then goes on to talk about the evil doing of the Jews. But I wanted to expand a little deeper.

Now the group offering the funding was masquerading as an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood, and they openly advocate Sharia Law. Now let’s set aside the whole freedom of religion bit (that NPR types claim to support…and let’s face it they’re most supportive of Athiests…who followers of Sharia dub “Kafir”…which BTW the Apartheid-supporting Whites in South Africa borrowed that term from the Arab Slave Traders. It was the word the Arabs called the tribal Africans, and the Euros turned the term into the South African variation of “Nigger”) and of course the Equal rights for woman bit, as few groups mistreat women MORE than the Sharia Muslims. But this little bit of data made my jaw drop. Check out Rom Schiller bio page from NPR

He will maintain his residence in Aspen, Colorado with his partner Alan Fletcher, an accomplished composer and President of the Aspen Music Festival and School, and will commute regularly to Washington DC.

Unless NPR is REALLY horrible at writing bios, this means Mr. Schiller is a homosexual. Now I have no problem with it, and I hope someday Colorado residents are allowed to marry any partner or partners that can legally commit to a union, I may be a really traditional boy when it comes to marrying just one woman, but I think its pretty stupid to think that’s the only solution for the domestic partnership problem.

But can you imagine the reaction if our actors were REAL Sharia boys??

Seriously, there is not one lick of sense in modern leftists.
