Old Video

But new to me.

Ted’s the kind of guy who doesn’t get much mileage on old-fashioned diplomacy. He right up and calls all gun control stupid and oppressive. Also note his justification: TOO MANY VICTIMS!

    Ted always fires me up.

  2. WallPhone says:

Antis attack Ted’s alleged racism and his early avoiding the military stunts, but today he is the biggest supporter of our troops I’ve ever heard speak, and a very articulate advocate for RKBA.

    And he scares antis.

Yep, as you can tell from reading here I’m quite distressed by how worthless the death penalty is in this nation, as well as the sheer number of people who get “Life” who get back out and commit violent crimes.

And that’s not even touching the bleeding-heart revolving door penal system that simply lets violent offenders go.

I am heartened that Conceal carry is being liberalized, and more people are taking advantage of those laws these days. At least some of these monsters can be shot in the act ant that IS effective.

I do more than just light a candle, I stand for RESULTS!

My opinion on the death penalty has changed a bit as I’ve grown older. I agree with it in principle, but it doesn’t appear that we can apply it in a timely manner, and I’m not entirely confident that we don’t ever sentence innocent people to death.

I don’t want to sound like I’m for shooting people, as I’m not and would prefer no one died, but the thing about killing an attacker in the act of committing a violent felony is that there isn’t any doubt that you got the right person.

That’s a great one. You should look up the “monkey and ball-peen hammer” quote. That one made me giggle.

  5. NavyDoc says:

The Marines have a term they use to describe the feelings I felt while watching that video:

  6. Uncle Ted. As flowing and effervescant (sp?) as ever. When I am feeling blue I stop holding my breath… no wait that’s not it… When I’m feeling blue I just pop in a little Ted commentary and then I know everything will be OK.

I don’t like Nugent much (he’s too full of himself really) but I have to say, ahem brother!
