MOAR DUCKS!!!!

Ok now for some cute!

A duckling that was abandoned by her mother at birth has found a new home among a family of cats.

The baby duck was adopted by a feline called Tosia after she was separated from her mum when she hurt her foot in Olesnica, Poland.

‘Tosia came walking into the kitchen one day with something in her mouth,’ said the cat’s owner Ryszard Andrzejczuk.

‘At first I thought it was a mouse or something, but then she placed it on the ground and I saw it was a little duckling.’

The 68-year-old added the female cat and the duckling were now inseparable, with the bird also being welcomed in by Tosia’s kittens.

Awwww!!!

“Gun Death” Too Easy

Those who use the metric of “Gun Death” say a gun makes it too easy to kill. Does this seem hard to you?

A Kansas woman allegedly doused passengers on a Metro bus with gasoline early Monday morning, according to the Wichita Eagle….“She got upset with a guy sitting in a seat. It’s unclear whether he was where she wanted to sit or where she normally sits,” Grant told the Eagle.

The woman then pulled a water bottle containing gasoline and began pouring it on the man, according to Grant. Other passengers on the bus were also sprayed with gasoline.

A spokeswoman for the authority, Cindy Baker, stated that the woman then pulled out a match. It was not clear whether she tried to light it.

Grant told the Eagle that he wasn’t aware of the match and police did not have any indication whether the woman tried to set the gasoline on fire. Passengers then ran to subdue the woman.

What other reason would she have to be pulling a match? Further who carries a water bottle filled with gasoline? This wasn’t a spur of the moment thing, this was a straight-up plan!

Can you imagine if she got the match lit, or had a lighter?

But being burned to death on a public bus isn’t a “Gun Death”!

Bad Justice: Stabbing Suspect

Have a look at the guy they’ve arrested for today’s “Gun Death” story:

A former busboy with a long history of violence, identified as “a person of interest” in the fatal stabbing of 24-year-old Amy E. Lord of South Boston, was deemed unfit to be arraigned Thursday in assaults on two other women in the same day….Alemany’s criminal record goes back to 1999, when he was about 14 and was placed in the state’s custody for assault charges. He has been in and out of jail, largely on charges such as assault and battery and receiving stolen property.

In 2010, he was sentenced to two years in the House of Correction after he pleaded guilty to motor vehicle theft, possession of burglary tools, and destruction of property.

There is also an investigation on an attempted murder in Boston where a woman was choked out, robbed, and when she regained consciousness she had Mr. Alemany’s wallet in her hand. In that case no arrests were made despite overwhelming evidence.

In a city with heavy gun control its nice to know the Police and justice system work so hard to make sure the criminals remain on the street where they can continue to kill and commit mayhem.

**UPDATE** The Story on the previous assault here:

A Boston police detective will be investigated for failing to make an arrest last year in an assault case that involved an ex-con now being called a person of interest in the murder of 24-year-old Amy Lord this week.

Boston Police Commissioner Edward Davis said this evening he is “very disappointed” the detective did not aggressively pursue the case last September.

“I believe that detective had probable cause (to make an arrest),” Davis said, adding the unnamed detective will now be investigated. Bostonherald.com first reported on the fumbled case earlier today.

A woman attacked 10 months ago in Mission Hill said she tore an ID from her attacker as she fell unconscious, according to a Boston police report. That ID was of Edwin Alemany, the 28-year-old person of interest in the Lord kidnapping and murder.

However, according to court records, there is no indication Alemany was ever arrested in connection with the assault. Davis admitted police botched the case.

Don’t ever carry a gun, because the Police will protect you…..

“Gun Death” Boston

Boston is one of those cities that does everything it can to discourage lawful gun owners. Hey because nothing you own is worth killing over!

A young woman was kidnapped from South Boston in broad daylight Tuesday morning and forced to take out money from five different ATMs before she was taken to Stony Brook Reservation in Hyde Park and stabbed to death, the District Attorney said on Wednesday.
The body of the victim, identified as 24-year-old Amy Lord, was discovered Tuesday afternoon. Police believe she was in her car when she was abducted around 6 a.m. Her car was later returned to South Boston, where it was set on fire.

She cooperated with her attackers and was killed for it. Further she was stabbed, meaning it wasn’t a “Gun Death”. Gun Control laws breed monsters like this:

The attack was just one of three in the same South Boston neighborhood within a 24-hour period. Boston police say in the hours leading up to Lord’s kidnapping and murder, another woman was stabbed and a third was punched. Both managed to escape their attacker. A man was taken in custody and facing charges for one of those attacks. Boston police were looking into the incidents, but said they were not willing to say whether there was a connection.

I might add that the Mayor of Boston is Tom Menino, co-Chair of Michael Bloomberg’s Mayors Against Illegal Guns. Good job guys, your laws have made a city where women are abducted in broad daylight and savagely murdered.

Its a “Success” because these are not “Gun Deaths” or “Gun Violence”.

“Gun Death” Roller Coaster

Why do we NEED Amusement parks?

A German roller coaster maker is sending officials to a North Texas amusement park to inspect a ride after a woman fell to her death….Witnesses said the woman expressed concern about the Texas Giant roller coaster’s safety bar not completely engaging as the ride was starting. The coaster is touted as the tallest steel-hybrid roller coaster in the world.

“I’m sure there’s no safety bar that is broken,” Lindnar told the newspaper by phone Saturday night from Germany.

Lindnar said Gerstlauer has never had problems with car safety bars on any of the roughly 50 roller coasters it’s built around the world over the past 30 years.

Be interesting to hear how this happened. Six Flags is NOT your state fair with its rusty rides that get folded up and trucked from fairground to fairground.

Still why do we NEED to ride roller coasters? Isn’t the RISK too great? I mean if it SAVES JUST ONE LIFE!!!11!!

What the minds of mush that preach “Gun Death” don’t want to realize is that the world isn’t a safe place, and banning things doesn’t make it any safer, but it can make it a whole lot less fun.

Antis and Deodands

Is there any better explanation on why “Progressives” are all for banning guns, while running “Revolving Door” criminal justice systems that simply let known violent offenders run free in the streets?

They believe in Deodands!

Deodand is a thing forfeited or given to God, specifically, in law, an object or instrument which becomes forfeit because it has caused a person’s death.[1]

The English common law of deodands traces back to the 11th century and was applied, on and off, until Parliament finally abolished it in 1846.[2] Under this law, a chattel (i.e. some personal property, such as a horse or a hay stack) was considered a deodand whenever a coroner’s jury decided that it had caused the death of a human being.[3] In theory, deodands were forfeit to the crown, which was supposed to sell the chattel and then apply the profits to some pious use.[4] (The term deodand derives from the Latin phrase “deo dandum” which means “to be given to God.”) In reality, the juries who decided that a particular animal or object was a deodand also appraised its value and the owners were expected to pay a fine equal to the value of the deodand. If the owner could not pay the deodand, his township was held responsible.[3]

Primitive and fairly stupid. Hence Why “Progressives” cling to it so! Case and Point:

That changed when I heard this: George Zimmerman wants his gun back. The 9mm pistol he was carrying the night he killed Trayvon Martin, the gun that took a young man’s life. Zimmerman wants that very same gun back. He wants it back even though he is free to buy another weapon, a new and different one. That is as much an indictment of his character as anything his trial brought out.

Mark O’Mara, the lawyer for Zimmerman, told ABC News that if the gun is returned to his client, he plans to continue carrying it. That is a possibility. If the U.S. Department of Justice had not put a hold on the weapon as the DOJ investigates possible federal charges against Zimmerman, the State of Florida was due to return the gun to him by month’s end.

That baffles me. How could George Zimmerman ever want to see that gun again? How could the sight of it not be hateful to him, a reproach? It ended the life of an innocent young man, precious and irreplaceable; it devastated his family and the community of people who loved him. That gun, which fired the fatal bullet into Trayvon Martin, has sparked genuine fear in the hearts of every parent of a child who, like Trayvon, might by his very appearance be considered — wrongly — to be a threat.

How could George ZImmerman not want that gun to be removed from the face of the earth? I am a public defender, but I am also a family member of three murder victims, shot to death in their home. When guns are taken by the police in my clients’ cases, the prosecution at the end of the case asks the judge for a “C and D” order: confiscate and destroy. No more gun. Gone. When the judge enters the order, my heart quietly rejoices.

This is my outrage: that George Zimmerman can take a human life with so little thought for the immense value of that life that he wouldn’t mind carrying the instrumentality that ended it. It is remorseless.

Wow that is some top-level crazy talk right there!

First the smaller point: “It ended the life of an innocent young man, precious and irreplaceable”

“Innocent”? A Hate-filled thug looking to harm and very possibly KILL a total stranger just because of the color of his skin? Also I’ll step right off the PC wagon right now “precious and irreplaceable”, Maybe not, we have far too many violent, non-productive, thugged up thieves….that goes for EVERY color. If Trayvon Martin hadn’t been killed that night there is little doubt in my mind that even if George Zimmerman simply drove on to the store, eventually Martin would end up murdering somebody, or be actually murdered himself due to gang relations.

Sorry, but we have too many miscreants like Trayvon Martin to call him either Precious, or Irreplaceable.

Now the bigger issue, Zimmerman wanting his gun back.

Well, its HIS gun. My stuff is my stuff for a reason, if somebody has my stuff, I want it back.

Also this is not only HIS gun, but its the gun that saved HIS LIFE from an “innocent boy” who was bashing his brains out on the sidewalk.

Also Zimmerman was carrying a Kel-Tec pistol, with Sellier and Bellot JHP ammo, no reload, in a garbage nylon holster…and this was BEFORE he was engaged in a massive lawsuit. He likely isn’t made of money.

But hey, this is some sort of evil talisman or something and Zimmerman should willingly sacrifice it for the “Progressive” gods or something.

Grow up!
