YAWN!

So it appears that Metrocon RINO Trump is going to endorse Metrocon RINO Gingrich. Some say Maybe he will endorse Romney. I say “Who Cares?”

We all know why he’s doing this.

Oh and on an amusing note, a local radio station was talking about this story this morning one caller said “Has anybody done less with more in this country?” He had a fair point. Trump was born wealthy, has gone through multiple bankruptcies, even more divorces, and his end result is to be nothing but a punchline.

OK an argument COULD be made for Paris Hilton, but that’s the league The Donald is competing on.

I Don’t Know Why She Swallowed the Fly

Listening to the news this morning I got thinking of this classic children’s song.

First this story:

Some online sellers can now access tax forms that payment processors are required to file with the IRS this month for 2011 sales. While Amazon sellers can access the forms by logging in to their accounts, it appears PayPal has not yet made the forms accessible through its site.

Form 1099-K is a new requirement thanks to the Housing Economic Recovery Act of 2008 that requires banks and other payment settlement companies that processes credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payments to report to the IRS what online and offline merchants receive in payments.

So big Daddy .Gov decides that if you make money they are entitled to a chunk of that money. I don’t agree but we’ll take me out of this, because I’m EASY, I work for one company and all my additional streams of income are just petty incidentals. That company talks with the IRS and by the time my check is deposited in my bank account .Gov has already pilfered their “fair share”.

Still there are people who work multiple jobs, and who are self-employed, or open up little side jobs. .Gov discovered it was harder to track these sellers than people like myself who stand and be counted. Solution, add more regulation, more oversight, and more expense.

I’m sure there are also new crimes created for people who don’t comply with the new rules.

Starts sounding like the song isn’t it?

There’s also this:

Citing a report that found more people are overdosing on prescription painkillers than heroin and cocaine, two state senators and a South Shore prosecutor plan to announce new legislation Tuesday targeting the state’s prescription drug abuse problems.

People like to get high. As a matter-of-fact there are only a few cultures where consumption of intoxicants isn’t a regular phenomenon.

Here in America the first thing the waitress or waiter asks you in a restaurant is “What would you like to drink?” Sure you can order soda or water, but they’re hoping you order beer, a cocktail, or maybe a bottle of wine.

While tobacco use is getting more and more taboo, still there isn’t a convenience store in the nation that doesn’t sell cancer investments by the box or by the carton.

But Marijuana, opiates, and cocaine is illegal. I know in the middle east Alcohol is forbidden by the tenants of Islam, but in many places Marijuana and Hashish are openly consumed.

Of course the world is getting smaller so people frequently travel the globe, and they bring their culture with them. Can you get sushi near you? Do you live in Japan? Nope that got imported! Well the same thing happened with the drugs. Being illegal its done by the black market. They can’t use the court systems to settle dept, theft, and fraud, so they simply use violence. Also the FDA doesn’t regulate their product.

You don’t need to be a druggie to see some issues with the non-regulated product. Just look at Hollywood. How often do you hear stories where legitimate drug is swapped for illegitimate drug or inert product? How often is there dialog involving “cutting” a drug to make more product out of less raw materials. How about a person dying because they weren’t sure of the purity of what they were taking, or some of the “Cutting” agent was a dangerous substance.

Not only have I seen dozens of movies referencing each, but I’ve known people who have told me stories from their foolish drug days about such things.

Well there ARE some recreational drugs that ARE regulated by the FDA!

Citing a report that found more people are overdosing on prescription painkillers than heroin and cocaine, two state senators and a South Shore prosecutor plan to announce new legislation Tuesday targeting the state’s prescription drug abuse problems.

People are going to get high, and they prefer the products they get high with are safe and regulated…so when people start taking regulated drugs for recreation .gov jumps in to “solve” the problem that was created by them attempting to restrict something in the first place.

Of course we know what happens at the end of the song…she probably should have taken her chances with the fly.

“Gun Death” Arson

It doesn’t say what tools were used, but I bet we have them all in our houses.

Brandon Todd Sannan, 22, set the Chickama Beach home ablaze Sunday — he knew there were people inside, according to the criminal complaint. Timothy and Carla Voelke, six grandchildren and another minor child escaped the burning home, which resulted in a total loss…Sannan faces nine counts of first-degree attempted murder and one count of arson. He’s being held on $1 million unconditional bail.

I wonder why they’re charging him with nine counts of attempted murder when he didn’t have a gun…I thought guns caused crime….

More Wonders of No-Knock

FBI No-Knock Raid in Mass

A Massachusetts mother says the FBI used a chain saw blade to cut through her door and held her at gunpoint for at least 30 minutes before agents realized they were conducting a raid at the wrong home.

Judy Sanchez, of Fitchburg, says she awoke to heavy footsteps in the stairwell on Jan. 26 and walked into her kitchen in time to see a blade chop through her door.

She says she was held facedown on the floor at gunpoint while her 3-year-old daughter cried in another room.

It turns out agents were after the other tenant on the floor of the multiunit building who is suspected of dealing drugs.

Sanchez says she and her daughter now have trouble sleeping.

The FBI has apologized and is paying for the damage.

Awesome work guys! Not only did you traumatize, violate, and endanger two innocent people, but it was all in the name of the “War on Drugs”.

As I like to say: The world would be a scary place if you could buy Heroin at the corner store with as much difficulty as picking up a 6-pack of beer…but I don’t know if it would be as scary as the “War on Drugs”.

Guns, not just for Two-Legged Predators

Of course by carrying your most people suspect if they ever use it, a person with ill-will will be on the receiving end, but that’s not always the case:

For many people, hearing coyotes howl in the distance is a beautiful experience. But a face-to-face encounter with the predators can leave a different impression.

Scientists say these adaptable animals could be becoming more aggressive and less fearful of humans—to the detriment of both species….The problem of human-coyote encounters does not lie with those animals that live in their traditional wilderness habitats. Rather the problem rests with those wily animals that have adapted to life in suburban and even urban environments.

There are very few deaths, but lots of documented attacks, not to mention loss of family pets. I’ve seen good sized ‘yotes near my home, and my street is littered with missing dog and cat signs. I know all of them couldn’t have just run away.

Couple this with vicious dogs and the more traditional “Dangerous Game” type animals of bears and mountain lions, wolves, et al. Its a good idea to always be armed, and remember that it may not be a person you end up defending yourself from.

Be safe out there!

Discussion Topic

Just saw this video over at Every Day No Days Off

Linoge leaves this comment:

Oh. Good. A movie that accurately portrays how anti-rights cultists think we all behave.

I would point out that also showing the crass stalker-like behavior and extensive hatefulness from “Progressives”, its pretty clear that “Progressives” secretly harbor a desire to kill or harm those who disagree with them.

Read any blog by Ladd Everett, you think he’s motivated by anything but hate? Ask any self-described “Progressive” what they think about Sarah Palin. Heck just listen to any anti-gun article about what might happen if a pointless law is repealed. “Blood in the Streets”, “Gunfights over parking spaces”, “Simple Arguments will turn into murder”.

Really it seems there is a LOT of violent fantasy on the anti-rights sides, and it appears in this trailer this is that “Fantasy” made in images.

What do you think?

All Bad News

So I have some bad news, so bad news, and some bad news for y’all

The bad news is Mitt Romney won the Florida Primary

But the bad news is that Newt Gingrich has chosen to continue his campaign for President.

Still in the end we need to keep the bad news in mind: We’ll be looking at four more years of President Barack Obama.

Yep…

“Gun Death” Hammer

Alternate Title: “We Need Common Sense Judge Judy Control”

A Florida woman was being held in jail without bond Tuesday on charges that she attacked a man with a hammer because she was upset at the TV court show “Judge Judy.”

Judge Judy is quite the harpy, but only a fool would blame tv or hammers for this crime. Yet there ARE fools who blame guns for crime.

Call them a fool today!

They Call US “Jerks”?

So it appears that CSGV is now making attacks against DC Reporter Emily Miller

We talked about Emily here where she shared her story of her home invasion by criminals, and her subsequent insane struggle to buy her first gun.

CSGV of course points out how “Reasonable” all this is, given that no other place in America is it so difficult to acquire a handgun for protection, nor is there any place so flush with violent crime.

But of course Emily is one of those victims who wishes to protect herself, the antis HATE those victims, they want timid people who are willing to lock themselves up in cages and hide under desks and demand that the government protect them from all harm.

Of course like all writings by Ladd Everett of CSGV this post is pure Ad hominem…where have we seen that before?

Many have said you can judge a person by who hates them. Well Emily you’ve attracted the attention of a wild-eyed scumbag…and he hates me as well as many of my close friends, so you’re in good company.

Also keep that new SIG of yours handy, you never know what depraved people like Mr. Everett are capable of.

Great minds think alike, more here.

WTF?

What is wrong with government today? Occupy DC must get notice before eviction

A federal judge said Tuesday that the U.S. government must notify Occupy DC protesters if it intends to evict them from a downtown Washington park and remove their tents and other belongings.

The decision from U.S. District Judge James Boasberg means the protesters, part of one of the last major Occupy encampments, would have an opportunity to challenge any eviction beforehand.

Ummm, so these assholes are camping in a federal park without permits or public bond for their damages. All of these things are illegal. But the judge says the police must give notice before they ENFORCE THE LAW?????

Are you shitting me? What others laws must the police give notice of before they enforce?

So nice that the government is shilling for these violent anti-Semites. I remember another time when the government sponsored violent Antisemitism…I’d mention it but the “Progressive” intellectual cowards would cry “GODWIN!”
